Wingstop — Restaurant in Northville Charter Township

I very rarely give such a poor review but after the experience we had here, if I could have given less than 1 star, I would. My husband placed our order at 5:25 and the completed time showed 16-21 min. I got there at 6pm only to be told 5-10 minutes along with everyone else that came in. I waited over an hour and walked out a little after 7pm with no apology, no rationale, nothing. The employees were beyond rude - I witnessed the girl in the front literally pointing and laughing at a customer making fun of his appearance. I watched food being thrown on the floor intentionally. At one point, a customer was given the wrong food and the “manager” came out, no apology or anything, snatched the food out of his hand and threw it in the garbage. There was no rhyme or reason to how orders were completed. People waited at least 45 minutes to an hour and the rudeness of the staff was across the board. At least three customers walked out, one asked for his money back. By the time I got home, I basically had cold, soggy fries, all of our wings were dumped in one tray with the sauces mixing (we ordered 50 for our family), and the corn was missing. I literally do not have words for how terrible this place is. We had to recook the wings in the oven for fear they weren’t cooked properly. When I called to ask about our missing side, I was on hold for so long, I gave up. Literally you can see the wings sitting in a pool of sauce - multiple sauces! We will never be coming...

Ordered online and arrived 20 minutes to be there when it's "ready". I am told it's a 5 minute wait along with everyone else around me being told it's a 5 minute wait every ten minutes. Very understaffed to have 3 people to work on what looked like 8 orders hanging without counting the walk in orders. Sadly some employees worked harder than others to get the crowd to go away and some didn't care to respond to you. Kinda my fault for not checking the bag before getting home since it was missing items too after waiting 50 minutes total from order to received

Edit: so after posting this we called to get the missing sandwich and they said ten minutes. We waited 20 then called asking if the sandwich is ready and they didn't ever answer just saying come in and they will make it. We called back multiple times wanting a refund or anything but two different ladies hung up on us refusing to answer anything and won't even give us a name to say. December 27th 2023 at 7:00pm whoever was on then is all I got. Can't believe it's hard to say if a sandwich is ready before I go out to grab it after waiting now 90 minutes total for food. I can't even give food rating a 0 because I didn't get it but paid for it.

After all this I get a 5 dollar gift card as if I want to ever step foot in this place again. No refund either so don't go unless you don't mind paying for...

Not all Wingstop are created equal. Your staff can make or break your business. Like it or not, you are in the customer service business and you should greet your customers as they come in with some politeness. I am so glad I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order because I wouldn’t have gone there- my experience wasn’t horrible, but I can understand where the customers may be thinking that one of your female managers isn’t very friendly- I assume that she may have been a manager because she seemed to order others around.

Ordered online via app- Arrived just as food was finished- Lady at front with long braids, light skin wasn’t the friendliest -She was curt and abrasive when greeted her with a hello-- She seemed upset or frustrated by something… The lady who changed places with her was more pleasant and at least said have a good day-

The two girls working the fryer and packing orders were getting things done- and made up for lack of luster person at the front- they definitely deserve five stars

Packed my order perfectly! Wings were prepared perfectly- Seasoned those fries! Included plastic, ketchup and didn’t forget my ranch- Handed to me with a smile and gave me my cup for drink-

As long as the food was good and everything was packed and included, I can get past the sourpuss at the front and...
