Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwalk

Went through the drive thru this morning . What a horrible mess. They were telling people to pull aside to wait for their order. People were legit pulling out of the drive thru because the wait line was beyond ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for 2 iced coffees, a wrap and avocado toast.. not only was my avocado toast COLD ( I'm not sure the how food that just came out of the oven can be cold) but the box it came in was filled with OTHER food. The outside had cream cheese on it & the inside of my box had CHEESE. Avocado toast doesn't have cream cheese or cheese so there should have been no reason as to why my box was disgustingly messy like that. Anyways I didn't have time to waste by having them make it over so I just threw my toast away & drink my iced coffee. Would never return here again.... They are extremely understaffed & need more employees . Yuck yuck...

So if it's listed online it's 24 hours they really should be someone available. Twice this month now I've gone in the early hours of the morning and twice no was around to help me. First through the drive thru i waited for over 5 mins and no one said anything and no one was inside that i could see. Today even though it's listed as being open 24 hours the lobby was locked but no singage indicated that. It says nothing online about the lobby being closed after a certain time. This location just keeps disappointing me. Go down the road to darien if they are open. Much better service. 8/1/25

I know there's a timer in drive thru but please don't burn the food. I got the stuffed mini bagels and both the bagel and the cream cheese inside were burnt. The bagel was chewy in a way I was not expecting because it was over done....

I am giving it a start cause other wise it wont let me post , I am a regular here the staff used to be nice and fast Over a year ago they had good employees lackicha, Robert, kent amazing workers friendly fast always got your order right sadly all gonne!!! . How ever this new workers in the are super un profesional , they close the store at 3 pm in many ocations just becuse they want to the store is not even busy even tho they have 2 to 3 employess wish is standar for shift at most dunkin. This causes the back ups at the drivers window . They always get your coffee wrong or cold there is aways something. I feel that to be a store Team lead you need to have some type of peoples skills , need to be able to communicate to the customer . Here they are just plain RUDE AND DONUTS ARE...
