Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwalk

It's not that I dislike it it's it's simply Dunkin' donuts. It gets at least an infinite number of more stars then Seattle sludge. But you really expect me to compare a bacon egg and cheese that's pre-made and microwaved to a restaurant that serves me a t-bone with the bone on the handle and Cooks it in front of me over Coals let's be reasonable it's the best chain coffee place in the country and a true American icon and unlike most other Duncan locations these people can get my order correct on the first try without having to call in the McCloud to handle customer service...

Libia is so rude! Not only does she not know how to make drinks correctly, when she went to refund me she did it as a cash transaction and not back to my DD app. When I called to let her know, rather than being apologetic she claimed she did refund me and that I needed to go back to the store to 'prove it' and that she's worked for the company for 17 years so she knows how to do her job correctly. This is not my normal DD and it would take me 30 minutes to 'prove it'. I'm sorry, but you're in the customer service business. How she got to be a manager...

Horrible customer service! There was a miscommunication on my order in which I had no problem paying for what the cashier did not hear or charge me for. The gentleman making my order gained an attitude as though it was fault! It was the cashier who did not hear me! He continued to increase his unneeded and highly ridiculous attitude by snatching the bag from me! The manager did nothing but stare at me like a deer in headlights. Completely out of line and...
