I usually have a fine experience here, but today I pulled into the drive thru around 1pm, I was the only car in the drive thru, and I pulled up to order and asked them to give me a minute while I looked at the menu. There were some new drinks advertised and the sandwich I planned on ordering was not on the menu, so it took me a minute or so to order. I was given 30 seconds before a different person asked me what I wanted. This new person seemed to have a hard time understanding me. Meanwhile I am still the only car in the drive thru. The whole thing took no longer than 2 minutes all together. I got to the window and paid and was given my drink, and then as I was waiting for my food, an employee came up to the window and asked me how I was doing in a very friendly way, then proceeded to say something along the lines of "just for the future, you should know what you want before you get to the speaker to order as to be respectful of the cars behind you". At this moment I looked behind me and there was 1 car. Wow! Thanks dunkin donuts employee! As if I have the updated dunkin donuts menu plastered behind my eyelids at all times. What a wild thing to say to a customer after taking all of 2 minutes to order at 1pm. Despite the PMS rage that was building up inside of me, I politely said, "well I don't know what I want until I look at the menu" and drove away. Read moreI walked into his location hoping to grab a quick coffee upon walking in there was two employees that seen me walk in and not one even one acknowledged me. After about five minutes of me standing there one of them said I’ll give me a minute and I’ll be with you. Another few minutes happen to go by and the employee decides to start taking a drive-through order instead of helping me. So I asked kindly if she could get me a medium regular coffee when she’s done. She replied to me that they have no coffee. I was at a loss for words so I asked for regional managers number and I was brushed off. Recently though me and my friend have been having trouble with our orders being right, and it's always this one lady that takes the orders over the intercom. She never relays the orders back and earlier today when we ordered and repeated it back to her several times and it still wasn't correct, we were met with hostility and the girl gave us a lot of attitude. I usually never leave bad reviews but the one woman was very rude and when we told her the issue, she gave us an even bigger attitude and more condescending words, we had to go back to our house and fix the drinks that we paid for, ourselves.
