We drove right by the place as it looked closed as the lights were off outside (see photo). We told management the lights were off outside, and it seemed they didn't seem to care, which makes me think they knew. Note that they didn't turn the lights on when we left at 8 PM. Service was disappointing. The server only came to write orders and check in once. We had no silverware or small plates from the start during appetizers, and we finally had to ask when salads came. Food did come quickly from the food runners. Bar staff were clinging glasses, which made us think someone was toasting, but I guess he was goofing off. The tables were half cleaned, half set up for service, which was weird. The food was excellent mostly, but the broccoli was a bit overcooked. Both dishes overall were good. I did hear another table complain about an overcooked steak, but the server did say they would replace it. We go annually as a birthday treat, and this didn't feel as special. Honestly, Olive Garden would have more charm tonight, and it would have been cheaper.

So we dropped in here after work for some appetizers because Carabbas is a well-known name. This place is fine and it’s neat and clean but it does seem a bit small. The food looks awesome as you can see from the pictures but I got to say it was more colorful than flavorful. The food wasn’t bad but it really was kind of bland but not much taste other than salty. The staff was courteous and the experience wasn’t bad and a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give this place about a 6 1/2 or seven with a single thumbs up. This restaurant is worth your try once and I’m glad I tried it but it doesn’t really hold a spark for me to come back. The Restaurants pretty easy access in a strip mall right at the edge of Hilliard in Columbus Right off of Highway 270 in Northwest Columbus. We got the combination appetizer plate and I gotta say the thing that I really thought would be good which I found bad was the stuffed mushrooms. They’re stuffed with a Italian sausage which I Gotta say L spicy sawdust kind of flavor to it not very good.

My family came here for my husband's birthday dinner. We had a great time and the atmosphere was really relaxing. I loved the menu so much I can't wait to come back... there were so many unique Italian options! Our server was amazing. The lentil soup and chicken noodle soup were great. The two people at our table who ordered steak didn't enjoy it very much. They said the mashed potatoes weren't good either.(which is why I didn't give 5 stars) The chicken dishes were great. I loved the truffle fries. Those who ordered the trio meals were the happiest because they got a good variety. We got a complimentary slice of chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. It was a generous serving and I got a taste of it and I don't even like chocolate but I would come back just for this cake! Compared to the wimpy scoop of ice cream with whipped cream on top from Longhorns we had for another birthday dinner this place completely wins for a birthday dinner. Their dessert menu was one of the best dessert menus I've seen!

It was my daughter’s birthday, so my son decided to take us here. At first we thought they were closed, but it was close to 5pm & there just weren’t any cars in the parking lot. We walked in & there was absolutely nobody inside seated either. We were the only ones there to actually eat. It was definitely quiet. It felt a little strange I will say.

Needless to say, the food didn’t take any time to get it to us & they were very on top of our drinks. I didn’t drink mine though bc the glass just didn’t look clean to me.

We ordered an appetizer of some sort of bread tower that unfortunately didn’t look cooked & some mozzarella sticks that were limp & nothing special. They brought us out salads and that were alright but really looked like they had been just thrown together. Our dinner arrived & I was really bummed out bc my steak was supposed to be medium well & instead it was very well done & pretty hard to cut & chew. Plus, the veggies were covered with all this strange stuff & were spicy. Their sauce is just too spicy for me too. But I’m pretty sure that’s how real Italian sauce tastes so I can’t really complain.

All 3 of us had sodas & nothing special to drink. No dessert or anything else. The bill came & I just couldn’t believe that this dinner was going to cost over $130 + tip. I guess I was expecting much better food & a much better atmosphere really. But really, for that price I would’ve been happy with just having better food. Oh & a...

My experience at Carrabba's was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Chaz Maloney. From the moment my party walked in, Chaz greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for a delightful evening.

Usually I love Carrabba’s but this location was not it. We were quickly seated and the bread was fantastic as always but that’s about it for the positives. Our original server looked very disinterested in what she was doing and before our meals were even served we were told we were having a change in servers as ours was leaving for the night. The next server was much nicer and more animated but I couldn’t help but notice that our original server was still in the restaurant even after my boyfriend and I had left. The food was…bland to say the least. As previously mentioned typically I love Carrabba’s and their flavors but the food had little to no flavor. I got the original Italian trio and my boyfriend got the rigatoni and neither of ate even half of our meals. We both went home with our stomachs upset from the food which was slightly disappointing considering we barely ate anything. Service was fast in general though. I will say we did go on a Monday night, I’m not sure if that affects the service quality and food or not but worth mentioning. Overall I’m disappointed in this trip. I wish I had better things to say but I probably will not be returning to this location...
