Absolutely horrible service, we ordered our food through the dominos app an hour ago, we call the store to ask about thr status of our order only for the employee who answered to be completely useless by being unresponsive and unhelpful the whole time. not joke had to call back 4 times due to this rude employee consistently hanging up on us. the first call he wouldnt say anything so assuming we were having connection issues, we call back and ask "can you hear us?" to be sure and the employee just responds "sorry I dont know how to answer that" and hangs up again. third time already pretty confused and fustrated (including the fact we are hungry so tension is high) ask about our order status to only be told that there isnt one and get hunged up yet again. unsure if the last call was a different employee but they finally ask around and say they dont know what happened but they got the order and will be ready in another 30 minutes. this is absolutely ridiculous, ove ordered from many other domino locations with no issue before and I never make reviews but this was absolutely awful and irritating to deal with. we hope whoever was working this day receives some sort of punishment as this is very...

The card states to either call the store to place the order, or download the app to order online with a code. I elected to call the store, as that seemed like the easiest option. The person on the phone quoted me a price of 10.25. When I arrived at the store the cashier tried to charge me 22.00. And the manager Steven said the same thing. I presented the card with the clear directions on it, and explained what I was told over the phone. They refused to honor the domino's charity card, or the price I was told on the phone. When I caved in, and decided to just buy the product they wouldn't even give me their regular deal on carryout pizza until I asked for that. Steven tried to tell me 22 was the discounted price, until I was able to quote their actual deal. Just incompetence all around. Food was fine....

I was just being polite and asking for an order checkup, turns out the person I was calling put in the wrong number. When I said I wanted to cancel the order, the worker had an attitude and didn’t have common etiquette. Later when one of my friends tried to order, they said they didn’t deliver to the address. Then another one of my friends tried to order, they just hung up on her. I called again to confront their attitude, and the (what i believe was the manager) answered with extreme rudeness. When I said I didn’t want to order anymore because of the wait time, the manager just hung up on me, when it was their fault that they put on the wrong number (was apologized to 0 times).
