I bought 16 pieces with some sides and some pop. Easy ice. Everything was as it should have been (including low ice, as I'm not paying for frozen water that I have at home, plus most people don't clean ice machines as thoroughly as they're supposed to...). It was all on temperature, as it should be. My question, or low point is this: why are the legs broken at least half the time I've bought chicken there?? There's no reason for it. It looks like animal cruelty to me. You should be smarter than a chicken to euthanize it in a humane way. If you have to break their legs, something is definitely wrong. Ideally, you'd think they'd use something like carbon dioxide, (which is anti-cruelty, that's what zoos use), though I don't know if that would be edible or not...please look into this and DEMAND anti-cruelty practices. Just b/c someone isn't vegetarian or vegan, doesn't mean they want their food from mistreated animals. I can't even think of another way they COULD get broken. You never see them broken in store-bought. Maybe I'll do that, instead.

I went to purchase the Tuesday special and added a small side of mashed potatoes with gravy. Which some how came out to a 12$ total and as I’m eating my mashed potatoes this is what was mixed in with my food. I’m so not okay with this.

This place is great! My friend dropped his drink somehow on the floor and he was given a new drink. I highly recommend this place.

I used to go here when years ago when things were made fresh. Because this store has pretty good volume of business, the owner decided to maximize profits, and that's about it. This means that on a given day, you will be fed old chicken that's been sitting around. If you're super lucky, they will have run out (which is never), then they will scramble to make more fresh chicken. It's a small window of time to get fresh chicken, and like I said, this will be a rare occurrence, as most of the time the chicken and sides will be old and stale and...

This was the worst Popeyes I ever been to. The cashier rushed us to take our order. They took forever with my food. Once my daughters and I ate the food, we all all felt Nauseous not even a hour later. Didn’t feel right for the rest of the evening. Wanted to make myself throw it all up but couldn’t bring myself to doing it. My daughter stomach was aching the whole night . I wish I wouldn’t have waisted my $40 there! Never again!...
