1st time ordering tonight. I ordered “pick up”thinking it would be faster only to end up waiting close to an hour to receive my order after being told it was going to be 20 minutes. I finally got home and my rack of ribs which was supposed to be a full rack was only a 1/2. I was already frustrated so my husband called, the staff was so apologetic and quickly delivered a full rack of ribs to our house. Food is good but God, what awful attitude the girl at the counter has! I asked to see the size of a dessert I wanted to see if I needed two or four. She nastily told me she wasn’t getting it from the back room if she wasn’t sure I was going to buy it. I was shocked but still asked for four of them. She asked the girl in the kitchen to bring them and within 30 seconds I had them in my hands. Then when I paid, she didn’t give me $2 back and not the 41 cents because I guess she didn’t have them. This restaurant is by far the best around & of its kind. I’ve been ordering from Them for over a year if not longer, and every single item on the menu that I try is delicious. Some may think the prices are a little much for this type of cuisine, but you get large portions every time & the ingredients are always fresh!! Food comes super fast & has NEVER been cold!
