My husband and I went to Aji Limo last weekend for dinner. This was our first visit there. It's a cute restaurant with clean and bright decor. I saw pictures of their ceviche, and I had to try it. It did not disappoint! The fish was very tasty. It came with sweet potato, taro chips, and fried calamari (extra charge). The calamari was good, but I would probably skip it next time. My husband got the steak. It was sliced and cooked with tomatoes, onions, and seasoned with shoyu which was really good. The plate comes with both rice and fries. I would have preferred rice OR fries (not both), and get a side vegetable dish instead just to balance things out. Two starches with the steak was just too much starch. I had the quinoa mushroom risotto and paid extra for seared fish. The bowl of quinoa risotto was really good. Very cheesy and generous amounts of mushrooms. The seared ahi was well seasoned and also a generous amount. They offered two different mocktails and both were delicious! We also got the flan for dessert. It was rich and not super eggy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to make some great recommendations and answer our questions. I did feel that the wait time for the food was a bit long, but I was happy that everything tasted great when we got it. I would definitely go back to try their other dishes on the menu.

Great service and waiter gave great recommendations. We had a big salad, ahi poke, lomo saltado. All tasted fresh and amazing. The best part was that it was my wife's birthday and they gave us a free dessert and sang Happy Birthday. Macha and regular cheese cake on point so very delicious. We had a blast. Yes it is a little expensive but when you are bringing in dry ingredients from Peru or South America it gets expensive for these items. But the Chef can give you authentic Peruvian food with the real ingredients they would use in Peru. Very Awesome place. My wife is Peruvian and it was on point. Chicha Morada drink was not on the menu but it is our favorite and an authentic Peruvian drink and they made it for us. Love this place they made my wifes Birthday a special day. Thank you so much.

How does this place rate 4 or 5 stars?! It’s mediocre food, at best, no atmosphere at all, not very friendly staff! Went on a Friday evening thinking a decent chef would be preparing meals.

Appetizers and drinks started out well, we were excited to try fusion dishes. Pork dumplings and calamari were good, but mushrooms were swimming in soy sauce, but decent. Then, it went downhill….

Part of five, three of us got steak dishes. First rule of steaks, DO NOT CUT IT!!! All the flavor runs out, we got steak strips. We were expecting full 8-12oz steaks but got about 6-7 oz of strips. Ordered on rate, two were supposed to be medium….ALL were well done, completely brown inside, GROSS!! Everything is drowning in soy sauce!!!

Clueless waitress didn’t even realize that the three people with steak strips sent the plates back with rice and fries eaten, leaving the tasteless, over- cooked strip steak on the plate!! Really!! I was a waitress and would have definitely requested their opinion, but I got impression they were just happy to have someone in the place!

Their prices are rather expensive, and they certainly didn’t offer to comp anything or re-cook our steaks. Again, just glad to have someone...

My kids saw the fish and chips on the sandwich board outside and really wanted it. We went in and were seated quickly. After looking at the menu and not finding it, I asked the waiter and explained it was a lunch special Monday -Thursday only. He suggested they get the most expensive item on the menu instead. We opted for the kids chicken fingers. The chicken was over cooked and dry. We were charged more than the menu stated as well. We all chose water since there wasn’t iced tea. We got a bottle for the table which anllowed each of us 1 small glass. We asked for more but never got it. My husband and I both had a steak option with mine having added shrimp. My husband asked for Sriracha and was looked at like he was insane. He got something similar and was charged $3 for it. Both of our dishes were tasty but my shrimp was over cooked. I feel there are better restaurant options and better...
