Maybe I just visited on a bad day, but the atmosphere wasn’t friendly. There were no customers. The ordering area and the pickup zone were separate, but since it was my first time, I accidentally went to the pickup zone. They gave me a strange look and i asked about the menu because I wasn’t familiar with it, but they seemed annoyed and gave me a half-hearted explanation. English isn’t my first language, but since they even had a Japanese menu, I expected better service for foreigners. It was disappointing. Food* The Açaí bowl comes in three different sizes. We ordered the 16 oz Rio Bowl with peanut butter. It was pretty good and the açaí was nice and creamy (not too frozen like some places do it). We enjoyed the bowl. Not our favorite but it was good enough!
Service* Friendly and with a smile. The staff was all very accommodating.
Atmosphere* Just a small cafe in a historic Hawaii town. It was cute and definitely worth a stop in. This is the only vegan place in town so if you’re doing and vegan/vegetarian I definitely recommend. They have non-vegan choices too.
