On 5-27 we placed a mobile app order shortly before 6pm. We arrived and completed the submission process for curbside pickup @6:07. We have been told by a previous night manager that if the app is used, don’t use the drive through as they haven’t been able to make that work for people and to use curbside instead. Starting @ 6:20 we called the location once we saw the other curbside customer leave without receiving their order. We called 14 different times (not a single call answered) up till 6:38 when an employee came out (with no food in hand). She told us that she was sent out to see what our order was…granted it was online and our credit card already charged. We told her the order number and was told they don’t have access to that, not sure how that works. She came back out with food that was incorrect and zero drinks. We felt the food and it was ice cold. At this point we are just wanting our credit card refunded, so the night manager is sent out. He proceeds to tell us that they were backed up since they were busy prepping for an audit and needing to do deep cleaning. Not sure how comforting it is to hear that a night manager is worried so bad about an audit/review and cleaning. He also tells us that they have new people. When I asked about nobody answering the phone I was just told “yeah I was in the back”. He then takes our credit card inside to refund the order and says that he would take care of our order since I asked. At 6:54 he brings food out and leaves with a huff. We get home only to find that 1 out of 3 meals are wrong, and 2 out of 3 drinks were incorrect. 47 minutes after arriving onsite and paying we receive food and things are still incorrect. I drove to the first window no one came, went to the second window no one came but I could see a heavy set girls arm, so I honked. She started to walk towards the window but turned as if she she didn't see us and never came to the window. So I drove back through the drive through still no one at speaker. l pulled up to the first window and seen what to be a manager- a guy in a tan collard shirt. So I knocked on the window he opened and immediately said sorry our head set is not working. I said y'all should put a sign on the speaker and mentioned I placed a mobile order. He said tell the people at the next window I let him know no one ever came to that window. He said they should come now. I waited at the second window about another 5 mins before a skinny lady came to the window and asked if we had 2 McDoubles. I said no we have a mobile order and gave her my code she said it should be right up. Another 5 mins passed she came back and said the fries are coming up and should be fresh. (The fries were not fresh, and tasted old) She then came back 5 mins later and said she didn't realize their ice cream machine wasn't working and that we could pick up our McFlurry and shake tomorrow 8/25 and she worked from 7-2. Read moreJune 28th, walked inside store after waiting 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and no one answering me in the microphone. Husband and I were wanting to redeem our free Big Macs with our baseball tickets from the game the day before. Once inside the store I waited at the counter for well over 10 minutes while employees were walking back and forth in the back. Finally I spoke up to someone who appeared to be an employee and I said I would like to place an order". The young kid tells me oh I don't work the registers you'll have to talk to someone else. But does not tell me who that someone else is. Then I observed a older gentleman with a maroon button down shirt who I assume to be the manager. And I asked him I said can you take my order? His response was simply "NO"! I said excuse me did you just say no? I asked him his name and he said his name was John. I am not sure if that was his real name because he was not wearing a name tag. Mind you this was at 7:30 in the evening. Online shows their hours they are open till 12:00 a.m.! All the doors were unlocked. Another woman in the lobby was waiting for her food and said she had been waiting there for more than 20 minutes.
