Seriously, what is wrong with the employees at this location? Ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos. One was 1/6th of an inch thick. See the attached pictures. The other was a 1/2 inch thick. As thick as my thumb and I have a smaller thumb. Maybe they are trying to not have to run out so no one has to do any prep work at the end of the shift? Don'y know but management should be aware of these reviews because they are nor doing this business or franchise any favors. Guy at the window was a tall younger man and he was just fine. I have been here many times and there is always something weird happening in side the store. Management people, get better management. The rest will follow. Sorry fellas, I won't be back.

He also refused any way to rectify the situation other than attempt to reach "Sasha" he would not give a day she worked or whether to call or come to the location. I am now stuck with keeping this food in order to get my money back this issue should have been easily resolved by Mike because it was during his shift the mistake was made. I avoided this location for a long time due to several issues and I regret giving them another chance.

We just went through the drive thru and was trying to do two separate orders because we had two people wanting to pay separately and they said they couldn’t because they were short staffed. When we pulled up to the window they were just standing there talking to each other and not even paying attention to the fact the we pulled up to the window. Then this is our “large” nacho fry that we got. Not a fan of this Taco Bell. I also did not get a straw for my drink. And I know you never get anything in your tacos anyways but this is pathetic.

A group of us visited this establishment after a wedding last night; it was a complete failure & the staff on duty were uncouth!

The order was anything but 𝙰𝙲𝙲𝚄𝚁𝙰𝚃𝙴. The person working the window did not attempt to actively listen to any aspect of the order. Example: ordered a “steak soft taco supreme” rang up for a “beef crunchy taco supreme add steak” ...”steak quesadilla” rang up for “chicken quesadilla.” I was charged $38.40 for whatever items he could comprehend & whatever else he just decided to make up on the fly.

We didn’t get our drinks or half of the items we needed. When I waited to advise the drinks were missing, the employee acted like it was such an inconvenience that I would like the items I was charged for 🙄

Upon checking the bags thoroughly, I circled around to then play the 30 min waiting game to have the remaining items gathered. The employee immediately acts as if any hiccups are not his problem & walks away from the window. A second employee, Joel, begrudgingly approaches with anything but delight or assistance in resolving the issue of the missing food or receipt.

The explanation for why all the order was messed up was because I ordered things they are out of , they were going to close in 30 mins. 𝐎𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐰, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞? Instead this clown just made up items on his own and threw a couple of them in the bag.

Lastly, I requested my receipt since I never got it the first time and was asked “are you going to leave now?” by employee number one. 😳 Furthermore, he added he could call the police... because I asked for the food I was charged for and my receipt and was not leaving until my order was fulfilled?

Fast food isn’t rocket science, I get it. However, these types of low vibrational humans need to not work in any public related roles. Everyone that comes at 1am isn’t wasted so you speaking to them like you’ve lost your mind isn’t going to warrant a delightful interaction. No one was disrespectful so I’m not sure why your employees felt the need to act a fool.

I reached out to the location today; no answer after calling twice so I will surely complete a review survey and reach out to corporate. Your employees need better training/support or your hiring staff needs better discernment for those you select to represent your company at the drive thru or otherwise. I didn’t need to be disrespected over your employees’ lack of attentiveness, accountability issues, distasteful attitude, & a bag of cheap tacos 🤮

The food is always fine, and the wait time is normal considering how busy they get. However, the staff seems to really need an attitude adjustment. The two and only times I have ever gone in to this location (rather than the drive thru), the staff are shouting and cussing loud enough for those of us dining in to hear it. The first time this happened, the staff was repeatedly shouting about how understaffed they were that night even though their were 5 of them back there. They kept yelling over and over again and it just became very awkward. And then of of the workers started loudly complaining about a customer that came in to tell them her order was wrong. The second time this happened, we placed a kiosk order to go. This was at 9:05 pm. I remember this, because moments after we places our orders, one of the workers from the back came out to the floor shouting "Why are we still taking inside orders? Those doors should be locked! It's way after 10pm! We should not be getting and kiosk orders!" She then proceeded to say that someone should call the manager to have them fix this. Again, awkward as it was only 9:05 pm (which was pointed out ot her my another worker) and we were the only two people waiting inside for our orders. Do not visit this taco bell! Their service is beyond horrible ! Their server did not wear gloves and blew his nose then grabbed taco shells with no glovees.. they had their drive thru lane open so many cars lined up. They let us sit there for 25 minutes and just closed with us all in line and no announcements . Their employees are extremely rude..they are condensing and extremely unprofessional. I know its fast food but they do NOT appreciate their customers at this location..they do not appreciate your business and most importantly they do not wear gloves..wash their hands and violate every health code that exists. If you want fast food in our COVID environment that is made by employees not wearing gloves and hacking all over ur food then this dump is for you. If you want quality employees that appreciate your business and your health then please GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS LOCATION! THEIR restaurant is nasty dirty and their night manager is rude and a sorry excuse for service. AVOID THIS PLACE! A GAS STATION HOT DOG BLOWS THIS LOCATION AWAY! I highly DO NOT recommend this location and have 20 other reviews about this location that are even worse. Visit the other ofallon locations or avoid taco bell all together.
