This store is extremely awesome. They are the same as every other Starbucks in the way that the employees interact with the customers and eachother. Smiles are always on, attitudes are always great and recipes consistent. This store is very good tho because they will discount or give you free items just because the drive through line is too long. The other day we were there and apparently someone went to the drive through, put in an order then just left. Rather than dump the frappuccino that was sitting there, the employee asked us if we could give it to somebody. They don't have to give those things away but they do. They don't have to apologize for the line in the drive through but they do. They don't have to say or do many of the things they say or do, but they do. They happily apologize for anything regardless of whether or not it is in their control. This is a really great store with employees who make it worth the extra few minutes in line on your way to or...
Read moreStopped in only because someone gave me a gift card. I looked at the snacks they had and thought the lemon pound cake looked good, (and it was) so I got 2 pieces. I was expecting them to cut a couple pieces From a fresh loaf. Nope, the lady grabbed 2 pre- packaged slices, opened them and put them in seperate bags. Okay, so they don't make some things fresh at the Stores, not a big deal. what irritated me, was that the display piece was about 1 3/4" Thick, but the 2 bieces I was given were only about 3/4 inches thick - looked like a bait and switch to me. Although the pound cake was good, the tiny pieces they gave me (versus the display), were not worth $3.75 P/slice. If you're worried That what you charge for something is too much that you have to mislead a consumer by displaying a larger piece than what you actually Sell, Maybe you're...
Read moreStarbucks can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're incredibly busy, sometimes you can get in and out in five minutes. Sometimes, there's no place to sit, sometimes you're the only one in the store. Sometimes, the baristas are friendly, sometimes they have a little attitude. However, this location is consistently on point. I have never had to wait long, whether in the drive-thru or in the store, my orders are always accurate, and the baristas are always friendly. The building is brand new construction, so everything is shiny and new. Also, last Christmas, my friends and I camped out in the parking lot with hot chocolate to watch the holiday train. I could walk here, if only we had a sidewalk on the north side of Drexel. In fact, writing this review put me in the mood for a Grande White Chocolate Mocha with Skim Milk and No Whip, I may be in...
