Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Harbor

I have always praised this Domino’s location, however my experience today has changed my opinion. I ordered online and my husband and I were coming back into town with our moving truck. This was the only vehicle we had and we stopped to pick up the pizzas on our way home. There are no parking spaces for a truck that size so we parked up front, put on the hazard lights and ran in quickly to get the order, which was ready and paid for. My husband grabbed the order and hurried back to the truck. An employee, (appeared to be a new manager) came outside and told my husband he can not park here. My husband apologized and said he understands, but that we just didn’t have any other options and he wouldn’t park there again. That should have been the end of the conversation, but the manager then proceeded to harass my husband and then threatened him that he would call the police. We were honestly in shock by this interaction. If that is the manager and this is how this Dominos now conducts its customer service, We will NEVER be visiting this location again. Placed an order of 40 hot wings on 7/09/2017 around 530pm , got home and wings had NO flavor on them at all, I asked for the kicker hot sauce. Called the store and spoke with someone who had told me I could bring them back and they could resauce them or come back a different day an get my correct wings. He said he took note under my phone number that my wings were incorrect and they would replace my wings my next visit I confirmed with him multiple times that he made note of my incident considering I didn't return that day for the correct order I paid for.. . 7/16/2017 I called the store to get my correct wings and no one had any clue what I was talking about. The man I spoke with said he had spoke with everyone there that worked the shift and no one remembers my order or anything of an order of 40 wings. Ordered pizza for pickup and was very disappointed. I was told to pull in and put my hazard lights on and my order would be ready in about 20 minutes so I went to the Dollar store and drove to Domino's and it was about 30 minutes got there called them let them know I was there and then they told me when they came out to my car it would be another 15 minutes or so because they were busy. I was very disappointed my food felt like it had been sitting inside for a while before I even got it because it definitely was not hot like it is when I've gone in and picked it up.
