For the longest time, walking and driving by, I thought it was a bar because it has a black theme going, but was excited to find a cookie place. They now have labels in the window that clearly show they serve coffee/baked goods. They have very rich and decadent cookies. Good lattes also, plus several other specialty drinks. Two things I wish for : That they served decaf, so I could get a late-in-the-afternoon coffee with my cookie AND that they were open in the evening for dessert outings. Maybe they could get a liquor license and be an adults-only place for a quiet dessert drink and/or a cookie? Their cookie flavors rotate, and they have had themes for specialty drinks and cookies that are fun (Like Harry Potter). If you have had Crumbl cookies, you will find Mad Batter's...

The most amazing bakery I've ever been to! My family and I used to be sad that we didn't have a Crumbl location here, but that disappointment is long gone. Mad Batter Bakehouse is a thousand times better than that. The best cookies I've ever had. They're perfectly crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside. Their frosted cakes are to die for. I never get sick of the flavors because they rotate them weekly! And they're all amazing. The slow burn (s'mores) and red velvet cookies are my favorites. They make drinks, too! The coffees and lemonades are exquisite. The staff are some of the friendliest people. They treat you like family and are more than willing to answer any questions and go above and beyond to ensure that you're happy with...

I’m in LOVE!! ❤️ with Mad Batter Bakehouse! Visiting yesterday to the fabulous location on Whidbey Island was the highlight of my year so far! My favourites of the day were the “White Rabbit” their delectable, Vanilla Chai Latte cookie, that will have you craving another!! Then there’s the “Madtella”, a Nutella-Ferraro Roche cookie that’s to die for!! Mmmm! I topped it off with the best Ice Caramel Latte I’ve had!! Walking inside I was transported into a beautiful new world with a theme of everything “Twilight”!! It’s a beautiful, modern but comfortable place to bring the whole family or meet friends and kick back a while, indulging in your favourite cookies and yummy drinks!!! Thank you for a great experience, we will be...

My sister and I went into this shop today, because we saw great reviews on a Facebook page for the town. I will say... This place is absolutely lovely. The inside is dripping in black and gold aesthetically pleasing decor. They have cookies, coffees, lotus, ice cream, cheesecake, and so much more. I had the s'mores cookie and the Cruella. These cookies are MASSIVE. They are definitely not those store bought bakery cookies. I also got a Blackberry Pomegranate lotus drink. The color was just beautiful. The taste was really nice as well! The workers are so so so sweet and lovely. It is a sister run business and boy can you tell how much love they add to everything. I will definitely be spending all my money here.

So excited that this place opened up! It's in downtown Oak Harbor and it's just what that area needed. I've gone two days in a row and found that they had different flavors each day. I'm not complaining though, each cookie I've had was delicious! I should mention that my ideal cookie is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside - which all of these cookies were. They have a few drinks (coffee variations and lotus drinks) and ice cream scoops available (I didn't see any cones, but they offer cups). The decor is modern and inviting and there is enough sitting space for about 10 people at a time. Not sure about wifi because we got out good to go. I will definitely be back!
