While I am a fan of Chick-fil-a, I am not a fan of this location. This is the 3rd time I have placed a mobile order for curbside delivery and it has taken forever to get my food. The first time I chalked it up to a bad day. The second time, I thought maybe they were busy inside, even though there was nobody in line at the drive thru and the parking lot was pretty empty. This 3rd time I decided that there is just no urgency at all placed on mobile orders, even though the opposite should be true and mobile ordering is marketed that way. To start, I placed my mobile order ahead of time and marked when I got there, because I was in a big hurry and had no idea how long drive thru would take. I pulled in and waited for my app to say that my food was ready to be brought out with the big green check mark. It was about a 4 min. wait after I pulled into the curbside parking. After I got the check mark, I waited.....and waited....and waited. approximately 2 mins passed and still nothing, meanwhile....I saw people who had parked AFTER I submitted my order coming out with bags and LEAVING! That is when I got out of my car and walked in and went straight to the pick up area. I was asked immediately by a sweet girl how she can help me and I explained that my order never came out. She apologized and looked at the screen and said it never came over the system. She also apologized profusely and went to get a manager for me to talk to. Came back and said that the manager would be right with me. As I am waiting another lady with a bag in hand asked if she could help me and I explained that someone had gotten a manager for me, but thanked her anyway. She left with the bag and a manager finally came out. Remember that hurry I was in?!?! I explained what happened to the manager and just as I was finishing up the lady with the bag came back in from outside and called me by name......the bag she had was my order, after all. Both told me to have a nice day and were pleasant, but here's the problem....I shouldn't have to get out of my car if I order curbside! I order curbside, because I don't have time to get out and walk inside to wait in line to get my order and I don't have time to wait in line at drive thru while the lady in front of me orders for the whole soccer team in her car! I am doing it to bypass said line. This cost me an extra 10 min in getting back to work which isn't acceptable. And to top it off, there was no offer of, "here's a drink for your trouble" or "here's some fries with that". I don't look for free food, but it goes a long way in customer appreciation, and retaining customers. Instead of going away feeling mad, people go away feeling nicer about the bad experience. I frequent chick-fil-a's all the time, at least 4 times a week. This is the only one I have to actually go into when ordering curbside because it takes forever. BE MORE PROMPT BRINGING...
Read moreI was in line at the drive through for over 10minutes and as the car infront of me is pulling away from where we place our order and worker comes to change the breakfast menu to lunch. I try to place my order for a biscuit sandwich and they deny my order saying they were in lunch. (The time was now 10:30) I explained to the lady that I was in line already for a long time and if they had serviced the behicles infront of my faster or had people outside taking orders on their tablets they would have taken my order well before 10:30. The woman even agreed with me that I was in line during breakfast time but that since they were no longer in breakfast they were forcing me to order lunch instead. I asked to speak to a manager because the lady at the drive through was being rude to me and didnt care that if I was there during breakfast I still wasnt allowed to order breakfast. I talked to the manager and he told me they were all out of breakfast to which I responded if you are all out of breakfast why didnt the lady who I was speaking to tell me that at the window. Why not have an employee go out to the drive through and tell the other customers waiting in line for breakfast like me before reaching where we place our order. This was just an excuse that the manager was telling and he did not offer any solution because ( they were out of breakfast food) Which I know was a lie and I dont appreciate having to wait a long time to order my food and because they are taking too long to give everyone their orders and not have employees helping take orders outiside I was left without eating anything. Very unprofessional since I was there during breakfast hours and was denied food that I was waiting for. Thank you for being considerate and letting customers know “ you were out...
Read moreSaturday 2/20 my and my family went to eat at CF Sand lake and we had the worst experience...I’m diabetic and I was having an episode, because my lunch time pass. We stop at CF for dine in this guy with the name Kendall (blue polo) was the must rude person with me and my family when we try to order he said we are no taking orders here at the moment you have to go online and order. We try to explain that it was an emergency and we ask him to help us, because I was about to have one of my diabetic episodes, because I didn’t ate in time... he was so rude and keep repeating you have to go only and order ok... we decide to have a sit we didn’t have another option that order online my mom was trying to order the food from my phone, because I was shaking already and she was so frustrated, she is old and is not a technology person... Heidi (God blessed her) saw that we were having issues with the app came to the table and asking if we need help we explain her the situation and that the app was not working for us at that moment. She was so kind and so sweet she direct us to the counter and took our order and she was making sure that we revive my food first... Omg!!! Her and Lisa were the best!!! Shout to both of them I work as a Hr manager near their and that is the only fast food that me an my family visit. At the same time that Heidi was taking my order 2 other people came to return their order , because it was wrong Kendall did a rude comment and he said that he was not on his mood... is ok that some days we are not on our mood, but if you work with customers you need to left your mood at the door and pick it up after work. My point with this is I thing that Kendall need to be coaching for this situation... we are a big fan of CF and I know that is not...
