If I could leave a negative star review I would. I came through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago to get food for myself, my mother and sister after a long day at Disney. We had two separate orders and when I went to the first window to pay I forgot to pay for the second order. I thought "okay, no big deal, I'll pay at the second window." I get to the window and I'm guessing the manager, who was in a red shirt, seemed like she was not happy to be there. Very nicely I asked her if I could pay for my 2nd order at that window because it totally slipped my mind to pay back at the first one. She made a show of rolling her eyes at me and when I asked again for confirmation if it was okay that I paid here she rolled her eyes again and stuck her hand out of the window clearly pissed about doing the job she gets paid for. When I commented to her about how she doesn't have to have an attitude about it she told me that I could not pay for my food and would not give me the 1 order that I had already paid for. I had to pull out of the drive thru and go inside to get the order I paid for, and didn't even want to bother with the other meal so I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Read moreWent to mcdonalds and the service from the manager herself was so sad. The spanish manager with the blonde and dark brown hair and had pink nails . She speaks spanish and english. She gave us our order and when She gave us our mcflurry She gave us half a cup. When we told her she said the cup doesn't come full we told her its not half a cup either ... Seemed like you would get 3 spoonsfuls and done. She then took the mcflurry back and gave it back THE SAME WAY. Then there was an africsn american girl there her worker and she spoke to her rudely when the girl asked if the happy meal belonged to us. We told her no it doesn't and the manager rudely told her its the other guys GIVE IT TO HIM!!!! That girl us human just like herself and she shouldn't be talking rudely to anyone. Not only was she rude to us the custoemrs but also to her own employee. If her issue is people then she shouldn't be working there. She needs to stop and learn to talk to people the right way. The humane way. If its that she's short of staff guess what that's not anyone's problem. You chose that job and that position which is having to deal with people so learn to be nice and not rude. Was met by Emya as the cashier who was beyond rude, has a nasty nasty attitude and it seems her acting supervisor either supports her poor choices or permits it. McDonalds should truly rethink about this new crew that has been hired here. Asked for Fries to not have salt on them - guess what? they had a ton of salt poured over them. Asked for an extra piece of chicken on a large 4c and I see my bill is 21.00 for one order, I ask her why is it so high? And Emya decides it's a good choice to go off on a customer rather than explaining what had happened, communication goes a long way, But it seems McDonalds supports hiring poor management and staff who disrespect customers. We noticed people were leaving the line after Emya decided to go off on me and a family member who simply asked a question. We have went to this location each week to do our shopping. But seems as of now we will be taking our money else where. Unless something is done about this location and the poor choices in hiring I don't see the ratings ever going up.
