We recently had a few amazing experiences at Jimmy John's that deserves a 5 star review. We stopped in for a quick sandwich (late dinner) and we were pleasantly greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee named Mike. This location truly lives up to their branding message of serving sandwiches that are "freaky fast."
Mike reflected a high level of hospitality and had positive attitude although it was 20 minutes to closing. This was not our first visit to Jimmy John's, and we can confidently say that JJ's employees at this location consistently deliver exceptional service. Thank you!!
In addition to the excellent overall service, we also appreciated the cleanliness. It was evident that great effort was put into maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment for the customers.

Read moreMy working credit card was declined multiple times by their malfunctioning machine and all they did was place the blame on the customer. The first employee stated that the machine has been malfunctioning and several cards were declined on thisnday. The second employee assured me it was an issue with my card. Very poor customer service no alternate solutions There were multiple other machines in the store but they are not willing to try any other machines and kept telling me it was a problem with my card. Double checked with my credit card company card is working perfect. Use card at another store, Jersey Mikes just after this and of course it was approved. So absolutely sure that my card is working and the poor customer service is atrocious. The ignorant or just plain dumb employees need a brush up from management. They refused to provide a card or a complaint form. I will be taking this to their manager...
Read moreNo only have I had terrible service here more then 3 times! Today was the worst! I tried to go online to place and order and it wouldn't let me sign in or use cash unless I signed in! Then on top of that I called to place my 4 sandwich and 1 pickle order by there was a woman who answered the phone and asked me where I lived 7times and to repeat and spell my street! Then after she couldn't she got someone else to order for me. And again 3 more times asking for my address! Finally got it and asked what I wanted! All the food was completely wrong! (We ate it anyway because not repeating my adress another 10 times ! Not only is Munich food wrong it took them 1 HOUR FOR THE WRONG FOOD TO ARIVE! I am so done with this location!
