Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Oakland

I think Kentucky Fried Chicken is better than Popeyes. KFC's chicken is spicier. However I had the 8 butterfly shrimp and biscuit special at Popeyes. Fries and drink cost separately. I didn't like that I couldn't choose the type of dipping sauce I wanted for the special. Almost like bad customer service (for lack of a better word) in not having an option of the type of dipping sauce.l I want with the special. The butterfly shrimp has more meat than their popcorn shrimp, which is basically a seafood-seasoned breading. I still think I could of gotten better shrimp elsewhere. It seems too fattening to me. All fried. I wish they sold cod fish with it. Popeyes is all chicken and shrimp. There biscuits are the worst. All dry, lacking flavor, and limp. It's not fluffy...

Came into the store to be immediately verbally accosted by NAYELI a manager. She exclaimed that I was harassing a another customer. I apologized to the man immediately to be told " sir you didn't bother me at all" the issue was me placing my coffee on the counter after I said excuse me. I am conflicted between 3 and 4 stars. I chose 4 because the food is amazing, I can't get enough spicy tenders with blackened ranch, biscuits and honey, and green beans. However, the staff while working a minimum wage job which is tough, can sometimes be rude. Sometimes they will also run out of particular items frequently and or will refuse to make more if coming in near the end of business hours.
