The restaurant was visibly dirty, and all employees seemed disengaged, many of them on their phones while customers were waiting.
During what should have been a busy lunch hour, the restaurant was out of rice and steak, with only a few patrons inside. When we did finally receive our food, the portions were poorly assembled and the quality was unacceptable.
Most concerning of all was the blatant disregard for food safety and customer service. I observed a customer standing at the counter waiting to order while an employee swept behind the counter, ignoring him entirely—no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. Behind that employee, another staff member was opening bags of chicken with gloves on, then proceeded to text on his cellphone without removing or changing gloves. He went back and forth between touching his phone and preparing food.
This behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s a serious health hazard. Phones are known to carry bacteria, and this lack of basic food safety protocol is unacceptable.
This location is in dire need of proper management, training, and health code enforcement. I strongly recommend this store be reviewed and re-evaluated for compliance. At the very least, it needs to be thoroughly retrained—if not temporarily shut down until it can meet the standards expected of the...
Read moreI’ve ordered from here 3 times since they opened and every single time I have hardly any meat, even after putting double-meat, and at minimum half of my condiments would be missing out of the bowl. Basically just a little bit of rice, barely any meat, and maybe some salsa and lettuce if I’m lucky. When I would call in to the store to complain or bring it back the workers would argue with me or hang up. I tried getting a job here and had my interview, during which I was told I had the job by the General Manager and she told me I start the 13th of October (2 weeks from my interview). I called the store 2 times before my first day to make sure I had the job and never received a call back from the GM. I showed up to my first day and the GM refused to come speak to me herself and instead played telephone with a worker who was treating me like I was an idiot for coming in. She then had the worker lie and say she never told me I was starting today and that I would receive an offer letter. This is a lie as we had set up the dates for my first 2 weeks. They clearly lack the stability, professionalism, and competence that basically every Chipotle I’ve been to had. Would absolutely not recommend eating nor working here; the Chipotles on Mall of Georgia Blvd and Lake Lanier Islands pkwy or much...
Read moreCan't possibly say enough bad about this place or experience. It needs to be shut down immediately. Food is possibly too old for safe eating. I know, it's a brand new restaurant. But everything about it is awful. To the point that they couldn't even give me my food after waiting 45 minutes because the credit card machine wasn't working or something who knows they never said a word to us. And after 45 minutes our baby had had enough. So I left with my food still sitting there probably cold and inedible anyway. Someone I assume was on the phone with a manager or something but who knows. No one told anyone anything while we all stood there looking at our food getting cold. Came in hungry left vowing never to go to a Chipotle again especially not this one. Half the options weren't available becuase they didn't know how to cook them. The options that were there were old dried out and nasty looking.
The bathroom were nice and clean though.
Save your time every and money and just go to big burrito around the corner where they actually care about you, know how to make food, always have...
