I absolutely HATE leaving negative reviews but....I was in yesterday with my son. We were at the register paying for our order when the very heavy and large (like 8x4 ft² maybe) panal on the front of the service counter FELL OFF and landed vertical across the top of my foot. Credit to the young lady who was asst. Manager. Obvious she had never delt with it before but she was polite enough about it all. Although we did dine on the front patio and stayed about 30 minutes, mainly because we were walking and my foot was throbbing pretty bad. I had to pay for my full order which ok no big deal...no one came out to double check on me the entire 30 minutes we were there, and no they were not busy either. But again ok mostly younger kids and empathy takes time to learn I suppose. They did fill.out an incident report and took my number. I didn't get a call last night from a district manager so I waited til this afternoon and called cooperate. Corporate basically blew me off and said the franchise owner would contact me. Shortly after his district manager, not hom, reached out. She blamed my son for fidgeting and pulling on it! What reasonable person would expect it to fall apart?!?! Like ma'am, a very heavy piece of your establishment fell on me. That is on no one but whoever was in charge kf securing and maintaining that panel. Not a 9 year old kids fault it wasnt properly secured or in safe working order! I'm just disgusted with how they handed it. It's been more than 24 hours and it's bruised lretty bad. No permanent damage but gyatdym it hurts. Apparently the pain and the inconvenience doesn't matter to them. That board was heavy, at least 3/4 in thick. Think the heavy duty pressed wood for the good furniture 8 ft long 4 ft wide. I'm a single mom with no support and no transportation I don't have time for urgent care visits I dont have money for child care and the lack of fuks given by the employees when it happened and the cheap passing of liability from the DM I'm pretty disappointed with this visit. Don't get me wrong the employees reacted when it happened but really didn't do anything to actually check on me and make sure I was really ok. Nothing at all was offered as an apology on the spot other than omg how did that happen so sorry and after.....blaming my kid?...
Read moreI went through here late morning on a Wednesday, they had about 5-6 cars in drive thru. When I got up to the window, there were 2 cars ahead of me that they pulled up ahead, and they were about to do the same to me but they somehow had my order ready before the two in front of me. Unfortunately, the issue was that I couldn’t move without hitting the car in front of me, so I sat for a bit. The lady at the window said “you can move around them” when I literally could not and I told her so. She said to just back up and then move around, making the whole line move back. I told her before I left “you know, you could probably have them park in actual spots instead.” And she says “I didn’t make this parking lot” in a really rude, condescending tone. I get it guys. Management needs low drive thru times to make their bonuses. But this isnt how drive thrus work. If we wanted curbside pickup, we would opt for curbside pickup. There’s a lot of reviews here that express the same issue of them being pulled forward and waiting and obviously it’s an issue that management doesn’t want to acknowledge. For this reason, on top of rude employees that don’t know how to de-escalate situations or talk to customers politely, I don’t foresee myself coming back to this location and I highly encourage anyone else reading this to select another...
Read moreI am very disappointed in this location. I have had a lot of issues with this restaurant. The final straw was when my co-worker went into the restaurant and had forgotten her mask at home. She ordered her drink, paid for her drink and was standing there waiting for her drink when all the sudden Hitler decided to tell her if she doesn't put her mask on she won't give her the coffee. My coworker said I'm sorry I forgot it at home. NOW remember she has already been there for probably 3 to 5 minutes. THIS lady decided to refund her card back, which took much LONGER then if she would've just gave her the coffee and let her go. My problem is the second she walked in someone should have said you can't be in her without a mask if it was a problem NOT take the order, make the coffee, and THEN refuse. I have NO problem and neither does she about wearing mask she simply forgot it. This matter should've been handled in a more professional way. Since they took the order, she paid and they made the coffee they should have given it to her and said nicely from here on out we will NOT serve you if you don't have a mask on. BY THE WAY it was very early in the morning and she was the only customer in the restaurant.... Everyone goes to Maricamp Dunkin now and gets treated with smiles and...
