Use to be a great place to eat with great customer service. There was 2 nice incredibly sweet young women and and two different dudes that was working nights at this location new employees Robert and Wesley not great at customer service at all.while they are on duty food is either old under cooked or over cooked the counter has food thrown around the sections are not being cleaned the self serve items are not being stocked. I Got a double protein bowl with steak and chicken steak was completely under cooked completely pink and chicken was straight rubber. As many times ive been here I have never had an experience like this. went in for a refund and instead of a refund employee Wesley became combative about my money and refused to submit me a refund until I asked for a manager. Apparently they both were managers but not able to process my refund. I waited an hr for them to get a general manager to process me a refund. After having me wait a hr I was told to come back sat for a refund because I did not want another bowl by Wesley.Why would I want another bowl after uncooked and over cooked meat the food area is not being kept clean and an attitude from the employees. Employees refused to take accountably for the food. Didn’t even look at the food and had a matter of fact attitude about the food. The worst food service I have ever experienced in my life. I will also be reporting to Moe’s corporate. Wesley specifically if that’s even his name had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in food service and is not good for business Hopefully I receive my refund sat. Read moreThis place seems like it would be an amazing place to dine. Unfortunately the girls at the counter take that from the experience. I walked in to pick a take out order which had been preordered about a half hour before my arrival. When i arrived there was like 5 people (families i should say) in line. When i approached the counter i was greeted by a not so enthusiastic employee with curly blond hair and a hat tip sideways. I politely asked if the order was ready And was cut off mid sentence when i tried to say what name the order was under. "Its Not Ready And it wont be Ready for about 20 minutes or so because we have a line a people and we need to take their orders " the employee said . I said okay and sat down. As I watch the surroundings the employee hands a wet towel to a friend or family member i assume.who.is the lobby and asks her to clean the tables.. The young lady dressed very nicely with her high heel boots helps out . Meanwhile another employee is attending the line of people and was very nice. But I see the one with the blonde curls and hat just walking around pretty much waiting for people to walk in so he can tell them there will be a wait .. It was very humid and it seemed like the air was off. Well at the end of the story I ended up giving up on the wait after being there for almost half hour and the line obviously never ending if its a sunday and people will continue to arrive. I left and took a loss instead and cancelled the order. Thanks But No Thanks !...

Enough is enough. This location seems to have employees that cannot be bothered to take pride in their work and use common sense when preparing to go orders. Every single time for the last several orders they have either missed something huge, ignored special instructions, or sent an entirely wrong item. The below picture was what was received with two burritos with “free chips and salsa” with a separate cup of chips and queso—PAID for.
No salsa was sent, the cup of queso did not come with its own chips as it should, and they sent an insulting quantity of chips in the bags hiding under the burritos; Not even half the amount you would get dining in. This is an issue with management as they seem incapable of hiring workers that do their jobs correctly. Not only that, this location is dirty more often than not nowadays and has a strange smell. Stay away people, this Moe’s has taken a step back. If they can’t get the orders right, rest assured they aren’t doing the behind the scenes part right either.
Moe’s, you have lost a lifelong customer to this specific location. It was a good run...
