This was a nice surprise. It doesn't look like much from the outside - a small white wooden building located between two of the large hotels on the Ocean Shores beachfront, with a tent next to it for outside dining. Inside, however, is a neat little taproom with several tables and a back room to watch televised sporting events. They have a rotating monthly selection of beers, mostly from southwest Washington breweries and stretching down to Astoria, OR. In addition they also have various cans and bottles from these breweries for takeout, plus some local wines. I found out about some fine beers from this area that I didn't know existed. The only foods are chips/nuts/pepperoni, however if you call any of the nearby restaurants they will deliver. Read moreMy wife and I stopped in here for lunch and a couple beers. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable of all of the beers on tap. He hand selects them from breweries he has personal relationships with. When we were there, he was training someone new, and he was telling her all about the different types of beer they have, and what the difference in each beer is, and anything else you could possibly want to know. I could have sat and listened to him talk for hours. I really appreciated that free education I got that day. This is a small tap room, with outdoor seating and tent seating.
