I have never had a bad experience at this location before today. It has always been great customer service and a great experience. Today I placed an order for 2 foot-longs in the app and gave it about 10 mins before going to pick it up. When I got there I had to wait about 15 more minutes and while I was waiting for my order to come out I overheard the employees talking bad about how big the sandwiches came out. I never expected, while waiting at the counter for an order, that employees would openly talk badly about a customer's order while other customers were in the store. I tried to walk up to the counter to crack a small joke about how it came out bigger than I expected, but they were too busy talking about me to acknowledge me. This was so embarrassing for me and what they did was very disrespectful.
On top of that, we are in the middle of a pandemic and one of the employees had their mask pulled down off their mouth. This employee also happened to be the one making my sandwich... I hope they learn to keep their negative thoughts to themselves and get trained on how to wear...
Read moreFirst time being here and the place was empty upon arrival. My family and I remained in the car for about 10 minutes before entering and noticed the employees just standing around. However, thought nothing of it at the time.
When it was time to pay for the food, the cashier seemed like he didn't know how to use the cash register. Most of the soda was out. The tables were filthy. I think all the tables needed a good wiping. The tea containers had the lids off. It seemed the time they were standing around, they could have wiped down the tables or put the lids on the tea container. Also, the mayonnaise was out, and they put ranch on my daughter's sandwich by accident and didn't offer to remake it. Not to mention, when the cashier was wrapping up sandwiches, a plethora of fixings was falling onto the floor. We almost got a bonus sub that wasn't ours. The Flatbread was stale too. OK I'll stop.

Kept touching things like the menu and a permanent marker with gloves on while fixing my sandwich. I was very patient and smiled as I learned they hadn’t been employed there but less than a month so I ignored the poor customer service because they’re inexperienced but….
When I paid because they could only accept cash the employee had they’re hand reached out to collect my money. I gave him $15, three fives, my change was a quarter and instead of him putting the quarter in my extended hand he popped it on the counter like my hand was nasty and he had been fixing my sandwich will nasty gloves!!!
Will not be back until the now hiring sign is out of the window and they have been able to secure more reliable and...
