I came here right after I came from a long line in 175 Old Grove Rd STarbucks and they didnt have my matcha latte. I didnt care if I have to wait in another line just to get my matcha latte, cuz im 7mos pregnant and been craving for it and I cant let a bad customer service get in my way in Old Grove -_- So I was lining up in drive thru to get my matcha latte and showed them the receipt that Old Grove strabucks gave me and that refund wasnt fully paid because I paid $5.45 and they only refunded a $4.75 so the lady in the drive thru told me to wait cuz she needed to get her supervisor but then the supervisor wanted me to come in to have a better look so I then parked and headed inside and waited even tho there was a long line inside again I did not care as long as I get my full refund back. so i was waiting and one of the staff told me to go to his registry so he could get my order but I told him that Im waiting for his supervisor to check my receipt and then the guy did not hesitate to help me out and did the refund himself instead of letting his supervisor deal with it since his supervisor is busy with other customers. He handled my issue very well, fast paced and stress free. He refunded what was owe and helped me out so much! Im very happy and satisfied of how he handled my problem! Read moreI placed a mobile order here while driving through Oceanside and arrived just 10 minutes later, only to find that my order wasn’t ready. Despite the store being empty, I had to wait a few more minutes. Upon walking in, the worker at the register didn’t greet or acknowledge my husband and me. When I mentioned I was there for a mobile order pickup, his only response was a grunt. My husband asked for the restroom code, and in a very aggressive tone, the worker asked, “Are you ordering something?” I was taken aback by his rudeness and replied that he was with me. The worker reluctantly gave the code.
My husband noted that the restroom was dirty, with paper towels and toilet paper scattered on the sticky floor. The store itself felt cold, with few tables and an overall uninviting ambiance. When the barista finally finished my drink, she placed it on the counter without acknowledging me, even though I was standing right there waiting.
This was easily one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Between the rude staff, unclean restrooms, and the lack of a welcoming atmosphere, I won’t be coming back. To top it off, my hot drink was lukewarm. I really hope management addresses the...
Read moreI put in a mobile order at 10:55 am. I didn’t get my order until 11:30am. The drive thru was busy so I went in to get my drinks and two sandwiches. A man came over and gave me the drinks and when I said that half my order was missing (my sandwiches) he said they’re coming. I waited half an hour for two sandwiches. The once busy drive thru had emptied.Filled.emptied. And filled!! by the time I got my order. All for two sandwiches that take 2 minutes to heat up. I had to go BACK up to the counter to ask about my sandwiches then the guy blamed ME for the fact that it was marked as a drive thru pick up and that that’s why I hadn’t gotten my sandwiches when 1. I had be HANDED my drinks inside and 2. Was told to my face inside the cafe that my sandwiches were coming. My cold drinks ice had melted by the time I got the rest of my order and my hot drink and gone cold. I am Incredibly frustrated that people who got in the drive through 20 minutes after I had been waiting had gotten their orders in a matter of 5 minutes.
