Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Ocoee

I came here Friday early to get a chicken salad sub and the girl tried to charge me $12 for the sub itself. I was very confused because I knew there was something wrong with the price, so I left and I came back on today to get a chicken salad and it did not taste like the sample I ate on Friday to make sure it was OK. It was nasty bland and I kept needing to put salt on it terrible experience and I called the manager back to discuss. He put me on hold for 10 minutes. He said he called me back, but I never got a call so then I came in that night with my receipt letting him know that I did not have a great experience of course he wasn’t helpful at all. It is too expensive to deal with stuff like this. They need to do better. Just letting you know don’t expect the customer service from this place below. I'm a pescatarian and find if very hard to find a good place with grilled foods because they use the same grill for everything. I ordered the portobello sub not even thinking about it until I saw it being made. I totally get it, just because you eat a vegetable doesn't automatically make you a vegetarian.

I asked for the veggie sub instead and instead of just saying okay, the cook cleaned off the grill. Used different spatulas AND even changed his gloves. This for me is the BEST SERVICES have ever received in a Jersey Mikes. They didn't make me feel like a bother. Everyone in there was extremely friendly, which is such a breath of fresh air in this climate. They did not have name tags on but the crew that was working at 730pm on April 30,...

At home on quarantine, I saw an email from Jersey Mike's that they had half off sandwiches and free delivery. I opened the app and placed my order for the store in Ocoee, not realizing it was for pickup until I had already hit order. I called, and the girl on the phone, I believe her name was Monica, was very helpful in canceling my order so I could place the order again for delivery. She even called to let me know they had run out of roast beef and had only just pulled a fresh one out of the oven, asking if it was ok if the meat was still warm. Boy was it, that was probably the best sandwich I've ever had from Jersey Mike's, and the service was awesome. Thanks for making quarantine...
