Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Odessa

There wasn't any visible signage directing to the curbside pickup parking.  I had to go through the drive through for the app order.  I explained this to the menu attendant.  I told the attendant that I will pickup the order through the drive through.   Upon arriving to the first window, I was directed to pickup the order at the second window.  Upon arriving at the second window, I explained, once again, that I will now pickup the order through the drive through as I couldn't locate the curbside pickup parking area.  The attendant then  told me to go around to the curbside pickup and wait there.  I explained once again,  that I had an order through the app that was already put through way before any of the orders just completed by those going through the drive through.  Then the manager came to the window and insisted that I move on to the curbside pickup.  Once again, I stated that I made the order ahead of time and it should be ready and available already.  There was no reason for me to have to waste any more time to go look for the curbside pickup parking and have them bring my order out there!  I maintained my position at the drive through window and received my order in less than 30 seconds.  One of the attendants was upset that I didn't go on to the curbside pickup area and told me to NOT MAKE APP ORDERS but to just make the order at the drive through menu as it's quicker that way!  She then slammed close the drive through window!

No había ninguna señalización visible que indicara dónde se encontraba el estacionamiento para recoger el pedido. Tuve que pasar por el autoservicio para hacer el pedido desde la aplicación. Le expliqué esto al encargado del menú. Le dije al encargado que recogería el pedido en el drive thru. Al llegar a la primera ventanilla, me indicaron que recogiera el pedido en la segunda ventanilla. Al llegar a la segunda ventanilla, le expliqué, una vez más, que ahora recogería el pedido en el autoservicio ya que no podía encontrar el área de estacionamiento para recoger el pedido. Luego, el encargado me dijo que fuera a la recogida en el estacionamiento y esperara allí. Le expliqué una vez más que tenía un pedido a través de la aplicación que ya se había realizado mucho antes de cualquiera de los pedidos que acababan de completar los que pasaban por el autoservicio. Luego, el gerente se acercó a la ventanilla e insistió en que pasara a la recogida en el estacionamiento. Una vez más, le dije que hice el pedido con anticipación y que ya debería estar listo y disponible. ¡No había ninguna razón para que tuviera que perder más tiempo para ir a buscar el estacionamiento para recoger el pedido y hacer que trajeran mi pedido allí!  Mantuve mi posición en la ventanilla de autoservicio y recibí mi pedido en menos de 30 segundos. Una de las encargadas se molestó porque no fui a la zona de recogida en el estacionamiento y me dijo que NO HICIERA PEDIDOS EN LA APLICACIÓN, sino que hiciera el pedido en el menú del autoservicio ya que de esa manera es más rápido. ¡Luego cerró de golpe la ventanilla del...

Canes can never be rated one star but honestly I was getting close to it. I’ve been to this location 3 times and it’s by far the worst Canes i’ve ever experienced. The first day I visited they forgot my brothers meal completely and we waited 30 minutes before I had to ask what happened. Not to mention they gave our food to someone else by accident then gave it back to us after sitting it in front of them. By far the slowest Canes i’ve ever been to and the worst quality as well. There ice machine is NEVER working and we always have to ask for the to fill it at the front. The people are kind but they always seem so behind and honestly pretty unprofessional. Geared towards a young crowd I guess?? They had a Nelly stand up poster in the dining room which is my generation so I guess there promotion is kind of geared for I dunno🤣🤣. The Chicken was tender, good flavor, the crust could have been a little more crisp. I bought a kids tender meal just to try it. Came out to almost 10 dollars🤯🤯 Anywere in America even with inflation should a small kids meal for Two tiny tenders cost that much!! And the special dipping sauce award winning, obviously mayonnaise based is over seasoned! If the kids meal was like that, I probably would not come back!! Good luck on a regular meal.
