Super bummed. I wanted to like this place because Filipino places are rare in Utah. I ordered Chicken Adobo, Halo Halo, and sinigang. The chicken in the adobo was overcooked and dry and so was the pancit. The sinigang had good flavor, but I got the unlucky scoops of mostly the top oil and the pork fat without meat. The Halo Halo was a good size... in our province we don't add corn or honey bunches of oats... so that was a taste I wasn't expecting and didn't particularly like. I didnt deduct stars for that because that's just straight preference.
Ill probably give this place another shot to see if tonight was just a fluke and update...

The food was delicious and instantly became a favorite. The owner Pinky also came out to ask me about the food, and let me know (very kindly) that the side I chose at random wasn’t the usual side to go with the dish I ordered, and brought me out a free side of the noodle dish that usually pairs.
