We made arrangements to reserve a time in December for a large party, to celebrate the one year mark of my husbands new kidney, in the beginning of November. We get there a little early and had to wait a bit because there was another party before us, no biggie. We were sat and the servers immediately came to grab our drink orders. The drinks came and after about 10 min, everyone in our party had their order taken and we were just enjoying each other’s company. The servers grabbed refills shortly after and then our salads and bread started to come out. We couldn’t believe how fast that happened because of how busy the place was! After about another 10-15 min, everyone was getting their main meals. In a party of about 25ish people, there was not one mistake, everyone got what they requested (extras) and the food was super delicious! The main 2 young girls that were helping us were an absolute delight. Very on top of their game! No one went without a drink, plates were cleared immediately and they even brought us extra plates and forks for a cake we brought in. The entire visit went perfectly! They impressed us so much that we decided to cut the rest of the cake and let the staff have it for doing such an amazing job. For any large group events we have in the future, we will definitely be using Ogden Pizzaria! The owners sure did get lucky with finding and training such a wonderful staff! Thanks again for helping to make such a milestone in our lives, that...
Read moreOur waitress Michelle, had a horrible attitude when me, my friend, and my friend's mom went in yesterday. She was being rude to us when we asked questions about the menu, didn't bother helping my friend's mom when she couldn't find the salad dressings. She just said it's under the salad and I ended having to show my friend's mom because she still couldn't see it. We thought maybe we did something but she did it to other customers too. She also slammed my friend's salad on the table and left without saying a word. We eventually got a new waitress because Michelle seemed to have went home. We spoke to the manager on duty that day and she was very sweet and understanding. Told us that they've been having problems with that waitress and she'd been pulled from doing tables before because of the complaints she had gotten from previous customers. I left a different review with negative stars however, since the manager listen to our concerns, apologized for the waitress attitude, and even was nice enough to comp one of our pizzas we had ordered, I'll change the review a bit due to the manager's excellent customer service. As for our waitress Michelle, I do hope the management team can do something with her attitude because it just ruins the experience for regular diners that love stopping by this...
Read moreI had not been to the Pizzeria for quite a spell. No particular reason prior to Covid-19 then of course COVID-19 hit. So, went there tonight for a business dinner at the client's request. The interior is tastefully done, I love the improvements they've made, really opened it up. Food weren't bad. I had spaghetti and a salad. Now I suffer from a dairy food allergy so OBVIOUSLY not the best choice for me because I could not try their top items because.. well, it would literally kill me. They're a little lacking on dressing options, no balsamic, no oil and vinegar and the like. That was a bit disappointing. Spaghetti was on upper side of decent. The sauce was a meat sauce that in my like and opinion could have been kicked up a notch with added seasoning. For the price, portion was a little small. The positives: They have a hostess there, longer hair blonde gal. CUTE AS PIE! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Even waiters from other tables would stop on their way by and make sure all was agreeable. Very friendly folk and good atmosphere. The client really seemed to enjoy his meal, pepperoni pizza pie and salad. So all in all, good experience and an...
