This store sold product that was defected to us. We went right back into the store to address the issue as we had bought 2 . They would not exchange it, we went back the next day in hours to get better service and we was told that the product we bought was deffected.. We ask why they would sale that then. Long story short we ended up having to give them both of the items we purchased back to get only 1 of the price. We thought we would get one that was good and they gave us the same kind and flavor. So we have 2 bad to get another bed. My son tried to smile it anyways and the next day his mouth has soars all over it. GREAT PLACE!! I LOVE IT!! Yes I know before this place sucked I live a block away and I never even bothered going since they were always out of stock on everything, rude and always crowded by the door with the wrong crowd. BUT NOW!!! It's sooo much better the new management is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I went while the girls were re arranging products. But they were to still so nice to pull and show me things. Best part is when We asked about certain products they didn't have the girl said to come back next week and that she'd have them. She is going out of her way to have the products her customers want and like. And the best part is they're prices ain't bad either. Definitely coming back. I Highly recommend people to give it another shot now....

I do like this store and 9 out of 10 times the employees are very helpful and nice. Today however wasnt as pleasant. On Sat June 22nd around 2 pm I went in to purchase a Geek Bar. First off, the greeting was non existant. Im usually pretty quick with a decision and didnt need much time to look at the card and ask for the California Cherry flavor. I provided my ID and my number for the points program, pay and leave. When I get home I realize I was given a White Gummy Ice flavor. Not what i asked for. The young male and female working at this time were very un approachable with their put off attitudes. I do enjoy this shoo and go out of my way to shop there.
