Arby's, my recent experience was a culinary desert devoid of moisture and joy. It wasn't merely the stale fries or the questionable nuggets (my toddler spit them out; enough said). No, the true offense was the calculated neglect of a fundamental fast food element: sauce. Upon arrival, after presenting the name for my mobile order, I was met with a dismissive silence regarding condiments. Perhaps my desire for sauce was assumed and I would find it in the bag. I asked if that was the case. My inquiry about potential dipping options was met with a vacant stare, followed by a begrudging "What sauces do you want?" "A little bit of everything," I requested, hoping for a diverse selection to elevate my meal. Instead, I was presented with a paltry offering of Arby's and Horsey sauce. No ketchup for my fries, not even marinara for my mozzarella sticks, not even a solitary packet of honey mustard to provide a glimmer of hope. This, Arby's, is not a mere oversight, it's a systematic assault on our palates. Big Fast Food has waged war on sauce, depriving us of the simple pleasure of dipping and dunking. Our meals are reduced to dry, flavorless husks, devoid of the vibrant condiments that once brought...
Read moreI would never come to this location after 8pm. On several occasions between 10 pm to midnight, I've been told that either "all friers are down" or they "were out of everything" or that "I would need to wait 15 mins for more roast beef". Each of these occasions illustrated the laziness and utter incompetence of the evening team. The only time I was able to order after 11 pm, I received very old roast beef that had visibly greyed and was inedible. The only reason for 2 stars is that the service is often much better when management is there. However, the evening manager is notably very stingy when it comes to giving customers condiments. I'm guessing upper management is trying to cut costs by giving only one arbys sauce per order. I usually struggle with the manager to get extra sauce, which is not ideal for...
Read moreNo matter what time of day I go the drive-thru is very fast and the staff is very polite and friendly. It never seems like a stereotypical fast food experience from what I have witnessed. They have the classic roast beef sandwich which is always been a go-to but I have also like their market fresh sandwiches and they have three types of wraps which are very good. You can get the potato cakes or the curly fries along with regular fries. The only thing I wish this place had was dine in but I've only been through the drive-thru I think the dining section is closed. You can get to this place through the Lowe's...
