Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

My granddaughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch on Thursday, May 29th! I just wanted to take a moment to point out the excellent service that we received as well as a wonderful, fresh meal! I would further like to acknowledge one of your employees, Roger, for exhibiting a positive and friendly demeanor, as we engaged in conversation with him. His demeanor and work ethic were outstanding! The store was super clean, which was an awesome change of pace regarding surrounding fast food establishments. I feel it’s super important, especially in today’s world, to acknowledge a great experience, just a some are quick to point out the negatives! Keep up the great work guys! We’ll definitely make it a point to visit your St Clairsville store again! Thank you for a super pleasant...

food comes out to you fast, as it should. Ive only gotten an order here one time that seemed not so fresh. So food is hot and fresh and orders are correct. They have a great basic menu of items at all times and always carry certian special items to finish filling the menu for periods of time. Ive tried just about everything here and it tastes just as you would imagine it would when you see the commercials. I really do like Arbys and I am very glad to have one near by. It is hard for me to be 100% open on them though as I was a true Rax fan when it was in our area. Arbys is great and they serve their purpose but they are no RAX....

The food isn't my favorite, but the fries are great.

Sadly, I won't be returning, because the company who owns arby's doesn't think it's employees should have better wages despite years of increased profits, despite the fact that the wage offered at Arby's isn't enough for one person to pay for rent + bills for a month. Fast food workers have hard enough jobs as is, at least pay them a livable wage, not all these people are highschool students loving with their parents, some have families to support, or even just themselves.

Until things change I'll be staying...
