Burger King — Restaurant in Ohio

Showed up at 6:52 am sat a bit in drive thru I checked google for opening times and it says 6 am (on Sunday ) I was second in line at 6:59 a friendly lady welcomed the first guest , when it was my turn I was also greeted by a super friendly lady taking my order ! I pulled around to the window to hear the man in the car ahead of me getting angry at the ladies working for the mistake of hours , when the lady working finally said sir it’s too early to be that angry he continues to scream at her and another worker , he berated them for the time being wrong on google ! She tried to explain and also apologized to be met with name calling and threatening her job , the manager Nikki and the worker were calm and didn’t react he refused to leave the drive thru I eventually had to honk and tell him to move he proceeded to yell at me now and the closed drive thru window he even was taking pictures of them inside . You never know how ppl will react when angry . My food was hot and ready quickly and the women still were friendly after their first customer was...

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nowonder they are never busy. We were shopping in the area and we were hungry for something quick. Of course culvers and raising cane's were both packed and burger King had ZERO people in line. We ordered. The guy repeated it twice with us having to correct him twice. We get our food. We were missing a sandwich. Pulled back around and before we even said anything, a guy came over the intercom and said "missin' a original chicken" and we said yes, with tomato and cheese and the guy said "all I have is an original chicken. Pull around." We pulled around and asked for a differnt sauce for the nuggets. The guy goes "25 cent" we said nevermind because we didn't want to pay for it because it wasn't that big of a deal to get a different one. And the guy handing us our food said "yeah well you didn't pay for the tomato and cheese either." Then shut the window." I wouldn’t recommend coming if you want to be helped in a timely manner or be helped with any legible competency. The entire interaction over the speaker box was completely illegible and upon getting to the open window, the employee closed the window and took another order, which didn’t seem out of the ordinary until this employee then disappeared to the second window where someone was already placed, all before even speaking to us. Moving up to the next window, we were informed that the drinks we ordered were not available and then were approached with two bags that weren’t ours and then sat as the employees inside debated with the window open which order was ours.
