I'd usually be giving any Fazoli's location a 5, but unfortunately, that's not the case with this experience...On Saturday, we came from Cincinnati to Lima (my hometown) to celebrate my daughter's birthday with family. Right away, I could tell the cashier (and manager, based on her name tag), Yvonne, wasn't having a good day. I let it go because we all have bad days from time to time. She did, however, joke around with a male family member when she handed him back his credit card, saying her best friend & him have the same name. When we ran out of bread sticks, my daughter & I went to the counter to ask for more. Yvonne was heading to the kitchen & snarked that it'd be a while. She came back out right away & asked what we needed. We asked for more bread sticks & she scoffed, waved us off & said she still had to do bread & she'd get to us. My daughter & I were shocked at the nasty attitude but walked back to our table. About 5-7 minutes later Yvonne came around our area passing out bread sticks. She lightly tossed ours on the paper already on the table & snarked, "You're welcome" before my sister had the chance to thank her. We also saw her lightly toss bread sticks down on a couple's table near us & snark, "You're welcome" before the guy had the chance to thank her. We all understand bad days, but her level of rudeness was just too much & unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager. Also, the spaghetti wasn't the quality we've come to know & love from Fazoli's. We've celebrated many family birthdays at the Lima Fazoli's, but unfortunately, this will be the last one. (I tried submitting this is the "contact us" form online, but it wouldn't...
Read moreMy husband and I went here last night for supper. The time stamp on the receipt says 7:34pm. Amir who took our order was dressed like a slob, with no care that his uniform shirt was tucked into his underwater and his pants were well below his waist. We ordered our food, both of us received a salad with the meal which Amir preceded to serve on a tray covered in crumbs, grease and noodles. When I asked him to wipe it off first he looked at me like how dare I ask him to clean something. The experience went down hill from there. The restraunt was FILTHY!!! Every table in the dining room was covered in trash! We had to clear someone else's garbage off the table to have a seat. Gross!!! The floors, and booth seats were littered with straw wrappers, cheese, and dirt. There was no ice in the pop machine, the floors and counters were sticky. It was a mess!! When we received our food my husband said it was like the whole meal just came out of the refrigerator. My meal was at least hot. The topper though was when they brought another tables dinner out on the paper wrappers for breadsticks because as the waiter said they ran out of plates! I assure you they were not out of plates, but rather they were all dirty laying on the tables in the diningroom! I'm not sure what happened to this restraunt, it used to be an amazing place to eat! It used to be full of life with great fresh hot food but sadly that is longer the case! What a...
Read moreIf you are in ANY kind of hurry drive PAST the Lima store. I was the third person in line (inside) and had to wait for 22 minutes to even get my order taken. The two people ahead of me were not slow in deciding- it was the crew. The reason I went inside was due to the huge line through the drive- in. By the time I got to place my order the line for the drive through was already served and gone. I just ordered a spaghetti and breadsticks. I looked out the window to see how the line was compared to when I arrived. It was past the door. A few minutes later a worker delivered a order of breadsticks to a car in the drive through- that was 10 minutes AFTER my order was placed. Another worker then past me with a basket of breadsticks for the dine in customers. The other gentleman two people ahead of me and I was still waiting— he ordered ziti. In all it took 33 minutes to get a carry out order of spaghetti!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. And then the manager extremely RUDELY shoved the order to me and said 11...
