Not sure what happened since the last time I was in here but a lot has changed and not for the better. The menu seems much smaller than before. We ordered chicken chunks and pulled pork nachos for dinner. After asking because it took so long, they told us it would be out soon which wasn't the case. So finally when it came out the nachos were literally cold like they were just taken out of a refrigerator. I really couldn't believe it. Im assuming the manager who eventually brought out our food said there was a shift change and they switched cooks, like that was supposed to make me feel better or something. We did however order an appatizer prior to the meal and that was actually good which were the pretzels and cheese and it came out in a timely fashion. At the end of the meal we ordered a deep fried twinkie and fried brownie bites to go for desert, both of which were on the menu only to find out they no longer carried desert. Sitting at the bar I looked over to see a hand made sign that said deep fried twinkie which looked like it had been there for 10 years. When I told the bar tender/waitress maybe you should take that down seems how you don't have them anymore she just left it hanging like it was going to be there for another 10 years. All that coupled along with bad attitudes was a recipe for me to not go back anytime soon. You would think for the wait or bringing out cold food they would offer to do something like compensate the $4.00 appatizer, or comp our soda beverage or well for that matter something, anything, but no nothing. Read moreI was really hoping to like this place. We came only for food because there are not a lot of options for late night food. We are not drinkers. Sadly, our server seemed dedicated to giving us a bad time. We waited an hour after ordering before she checked on our food. She realized then, that, the order didn't even process. So, the food had not even been started yet. She then decides to give some excuse of a story about how it was a computer glitch. Regardless of a "glitch", you still waited an hour before you even checked on us or our food. Other servers checked on us multiple times before she did. I would understand if it was busy, but it was not busy. Normally if a server messes up that bad, they at least try to make up for it or offer SOMETHING. She didn't do anything. In fact, she even added a $0.50 charge just for a cup of ranch. I gave a $1 tip for the first time in my life, so that hopefully she will understand how badly she messed up. Read moreHead shef Chuck does not care about customers. The bartender Chad told him our food was to go and sauce was on the side. The food sat in the window for 10 minutes because they they did not put it in to go containers. They brought it to us on a plate and I asked that they reheat it before we go. When we got the food it was burnt and the sauce was not on the side... The bartender Chad was so nice and went back to the kitchen to ask what happened and the chef Chuck argued with him, as a customer I do not need to hear this. At that point I canceled my order. The assistant kitchen manager came out and apologized and gave us a gift card which i tried to decline but she insisted. Now the aggressive chef just brought us out a replacement meal and said the bartender brought us the wrong food. I am leaving it..... I don't trust this guy's judgement in...
