I ordered a box meal deal. I specifically bypassed buffalo wings and went next door to KFC. I really had my mind on chicken. I said man I want some KFC. When I tell you that the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting for hours and cooked in old grease. I took one bite and it was dry. I immediately called the store three times before someone picked up the phone. I asked to speak to a manager
She said I’m the manager. How can I help you. I told her that my chicken was terrible and the mash potatoes were dry and hard as well.
She said do you have a receipt? I said yes I just left there 5 minutes ago. I told her that I can put the chicken in my refrigerator and bring it back. She said. No you don’t have to bring it back I will replace the chicken. I said what about the mash potatoes. She said nope you only said that the chicken was bad and that’s all I’m replacing.
I m not sure if this is how The owners would like for their managers to respond. I’ve owned several businesses that served food. Usually the manager would apologize and they would say. If you would like, we can replace your meal if you want to come back out you can come another day and we will take care of your meal. Not just chicken. By the way she never showed as if she cared. This is definitely not a manager.
Someone really needs to have a conversation with this lady.

Read moreTerrible lunch and bad service.. I went to this KFC on my lunch break to pickup lunch for my wife and myself. I ordered a 3 pc combo w/fries and coleslaw + the Original chicken sandwich w/fries. 1.) My wifes fries were cold 2.) My fries were ICE cold because they started out cold then they packed them on top of my coleslaw which dropped the temp further. 3.) My chicken was barely warm. Probably because they weren't busy at all and it had been sitting. The only good part was that my wife enjoyed her sandwich. I called and the shift manager answered the phone (id like to preface this next part by disclosing that I ran restaurants for 17 years including Taco Bell and KFC) The shift manager (I don't remember her name) basically told me that I was making up the fact that the food was unsatisfactory.. Which directly contradicts B.L.A.S.T. (Believe Listen Apologize Satisfy Thank) then after basically calling me a liar told me to come back and reference her name (which I had already forgotten) to get another meal.
