Would have given -5 stars if I could! So many problems with this place I had half a mind to speak to a manager. Pulled up at the drive thru and the girl was completely rude as hell. I asked for a hot fudge sundae and she said "I literally just said our ice cream machine is off for the night." I said "sorry must not have heard that."
Then I said "cheeseburger no onions" and when she said back my order she said "cheeseburger extra onions" (not a big deal at all just miscommunication) so I corrected her she sounded all exasperated that I corrected her! So I told her to cancel the cheeseburger and asked what size nuggets they have. She replied "our sizes are on the menu in front of you" so I snapped right back back at her and said "that's not what I asked." So she said the sizes and I asked for a 6 piece and honey mustard. She said "2nd window" I asked for my price and she said they'd tell me at the second window. So wanting to make sure they wouldn't charge me for the cheeseburger, I asked again. No response. Pulling up to the window, the girl just seemed to want to rush me out of the drive thru almost spilling the change everywhere. Then when I go to eat the food, it's ice cold fries and no honey mustard. I get the feeling they did it on purpose because I snapped back. I will never eat here again. Read moreAnd yet again very upsetting experience today. I’ve ordered through the app and set to pick it up inside. On a cold day waiting outside for the worker to open the door cause it was locked. Worker has walked by the door entrance but totally ignoring to unlock it. Seeing several customers inside and eating but they lock the door to not let other customers to come in. I waited several minutes outside waiting for them to open the door since I ordered mine to get picked up inside the store. Never got my order and cannot get it refund. Very upsetting and rude experience. Will never come back again.
(Review in 2021) just like other negative reviews, I waited in drive way for 20mins for my turn to place an order and waiting another 10mins in front of speaker to place an order but for all that wait time what i got for return is sorry we are currently closed even though it was 30mins before the closing hour, Not just me there were more than 5 cars behind me not knowing they are wasting time in line to place the order that they won't get. It's a fast food place they don't and they won't give great customer service but at least you could have told right away to each customers when they are in front of the order spot that you are closed then they wouldn't have wasted their time for more...
Read moreI went today this morning around 9 am. I told the person working the drive through that I had two orders that were separate. I placed my order then she said hello hello. So I pull up to the window thinking there was a problem with the speaker. I tell her that was it. She then got an attitude telling me i was not clear for her. She then belittled me by saying it was my fault that she wrong the order up together. She then asked if I wanted them individually at this point I said no. She then argued with me but you said. It wasn’t until after I handed her my money that I got an apology with a carrot that you need to specify. I’m not sure how much clearer you can be when you only order two items and say separate order. Instead of getting an attitude with me she could have apologized and made sure to get the order done correctly as I pulled up. There is always issues with this location.
