McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!! My family and I went there yesterday. We asked for a 20piece nugget for my two kids, a McChicken for my bf and a crispy chicken wrap for myself. I asked for BBQ sauce as well and for some reason, instead of just giving us a packet of bbq, they squeezed a bunch of bbq sauce into a 4piece nugget box, which got all over EVERYTHING in the bag. I was so upset that I went to walk back in and ended up dropping half my kids' nuggets on the ground because of the mess. My hands had bbq sauce everywhere, my bf was pissed. We went back in and they took the bag, which had the other ten piece nugget, and gave us a new bag without the nuggets. I had to explain again that I got a 20 piece nugget and only wanted the nuggets that were in the bag, they did not have to replace the ones I dropped, because that was my fault. They were "nice" enough to replace all 20 nuggets, after looking at my bf like he was crazy when he told the cashier that this was unexceptable, and finally give us actual packets of bbq.... but not after going back up to the counter 3 times and getting covered in bbq sauce for no reason. Im baffled by this.... We got nuggets... asked for BBQ and ranch... We get ranch packets but a nugget container of bbq sauce....? Why not just give us the packets in the first place? Why would u do something that stupid? Apparently we weren't the only ones having troubles because like 3 other people went up to the counter while I was waiting because of wrong food through the drive thru. I've never seen such a confused or slow group of employees.... They were swearing and a lot of them looked dirty, no hairnets anywhere and seriously unkempt. These animals literally had no idea what they were doing and were swearing. The cashier seemed more interested in harassing other customers than actually doing her job. We will never go back here...I work restaurant and I saw more than 10 healthcode violations just as a customer, i would hate to see what goes on behind the scenes.....and they want 15 bucks an hour??? I seriously cannot believe this place hasn't been...

I have been in customer service and specifically the restaurant industry for 21 years. I never complqin because I get it, but this specific McDonald's messes up every time I go, but since the location is convenient I keep going back. After today never again. The manager actually closed the window in my face and refused to fix the order that was messed up when I know first hand I have even worked at a McDonald's before that it was a very simple fix. In the midst of that I have my daughter checking the food and a quarter pounder is missing, well the window is shut so I sit there for a minute and she instructed everyone to ignore me. So I knocked on the window, no response. Finally I had to open it and yell in asking for the missing food. It took time for them to walk over to take the reciept and give me the missing burger. They expected me to pull back around and wait in line again foe what they messed up. Most terribly I have ever seen a manager act. I currently manage a restaurant and would be fired on the spot if I treated a paying customer that way. Especially one that wasn't even being argumentative or disrespectful because I literally cannot treat someone the way I hate that people treat me. Do yourself a favor and drive out of your way to get correct orders and treated...

I waited almost 10 minutes for a quarter pounder in the drive thru ant the second with no receipt after I received the happy meal. No fries or anything. I drove 3 minutes back to my house and the burger was cold and no cheese melted. Literally cold like it was in the fridge out by a window for a few minutes. I called and she was so rude telling me I was rude while she was talking about they were busy. I was the only one in line, last in line for almost 10 minutes! She hung up on me after I said I took a bite and complaining and I’m rude? I drove back and was last in line again for my refund and again no one in back of me until the end. They wanted to remake it I said no trust no thanks that was already in my mouth! But the manager at the time I was first there waiting for the quarter pounder cb she was calling someone about how they were slammed and complaining about another team worker and no one was really there in line in the drive thru and they were talking about that she closed the doors and it wasn’t even 10 pm yet I still had time to go home and come back before 10pm closing time! I worked at McDonalds before in California and my sandwich times are 15/18 seconds. Is so slow out here. There is not even a mass population and they complain and can’t even...
