The size of the place is amazing and their food selection is pretty darned good. The servers are all excellent and the food taste is amazing. You can't go wrong with grilled cheese, but the grilled cheese from this place is out of this world good.

Our favs are the Popper Melt and the Pepper Jacks are our favs but the Portebella was pretty amazing, too. Their fried are awesome and bottomless. They have pepper jack bites that are super tasty if you get an app, as are the fried pickles.

The only bad thing is the portions are so big that if you eat it all you're super stuffed when you're done ... but if you don't eat it all there's no way it'll be good reheated.

I wish they'd do a smaller version for a few bucks less - we've been trying to watch weight and lose some inches, so this would be awesome. As a note, you CAN split the sandwich with a friend, but they charge you an "open food" even if you don't get more fries (since they're bottomless). I just wish we'd have the option of bottomless fried for the few bucks extra or no extra and no extra fries... this kind of sucks bc the portions are truly so large that splitting between two is still an unhealthy amount of everything bad you can imagine in terms of diet, but splitting at least defers this a little bit. It's not a deal breaker, but just would be nice.

We went in on Saturday around 3pm and the sign said please seat yourself so we did. There was a couple at the bar and another couple at another table and that was it. The couple at the bar got waited on and the other couple did but we didn't. We sat there for 10 min before we were wondering if someone would come up to us or even just acknowledge us. After the couple got served but the bartender we watched where she went to see if she'd seen us but she walked over to a table where another server was sitting and they were just chatting and rolling silverware. So we watched them hoping they would see us and 5 min later a cook was standing by their open kitchen area and made eye contact with us and then looked over to the servers who were just rolling silverware and chatting and he didn't say anything to them. So I looked back at hat table and the server mid sentence looked directly at us, stopped talking and then looked away and continued to talk to the bartender. So after literally making eye contact with 2 of their employees and no one saying anything we waited 5 more minutes for anyone to move or get up. And since no one did we got up and left after sitting there for about 20 minutes without a single employee acknowledging our presence. My first time there and was really looking forward to it but we Won't ever be going back to this place. Seems to be poorly managed if no managers were present at all and since they really don't care if their employees do anything. Really...

Server forgot to ring in the food for someone with us. Brought all our food out besides his then had the audacity to ask what he had, ring it in and not say anything else besides it should be out soon. Also waited 10 mins for a beer. I got the only burger they offer. It was somewhat good but not anything impressive. She charged my mom a split fee without asking her if it was okay. And charged me a dollar for a side of ranch without informing me it cost extra. Its not the money I care about, it's the principal. The service was just absolutely awful. I am a server myself so we usually tip very well and are easy customers. My mom left $5 on her $32 bill. I told her I would have left no tip if I were her. Forgetting to ring in food until all but one person is eating and then not owning up to it...charging without informing...no smile, very bland. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. There were 4 tables including ours and 3 bar guests in the whole place while this happened. Maybe she was drunk? She had to of been to be that bad and careless. Needless to say, that was our first and last time going to eat at...
