Generally I don't have any problems at Starbucks, but this particular store seems to be the exception. I have visited this location on three separate occasions, and each time has been an issue. Today, I placed my order, and even though there appeared to be 6 baristas (2 working the drive through, one at the cash register, one doing prep, and the last two not apparently doing anything) and only three folks besides me waiting for our drinks. I was the first in line when I walked in, and the ordering process was quick and efficient. I was then followed by three other patrons. We waited for approximately 8 minutes, watching as the two folks at the window served several cars, but no one was seemingly in charge of counter orders, even though two baristas were chatting behind the counter. Finally, a barista came from the back room, and started preparing orders. Not sure how it happened, but every other order was prepared, just not mine. I finally asked the barista at the register if my order had been placed. After checking she said yes, but it was obvious I was still there. After a little conversation, it was decided my order had been given to someone else. Still took an additional 5 minutes to prepare my beverage (an ice green tea lemonade). So after 15 minutes, and no apology, I finally had my order. While this was not the end of the world, it was still irritating, especially since I had a similar experience in the two other times I had visited this location. There are other Starbucks restaurants in town, I will visit...
Read moreokay experience. I prefer other locations more. my iced caramel macchiato was alright. definitely tasted bitter and possibly had more espresso in it than i wanted. service was rather slow and there was nobody waiting before us. the barista taking our order was super nice but the barista making our order was a different story. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato nonfat and my sister ordered the regular iced caramel macchiato. we had reusable cups and the barista said that she wasn’t sure if we both wanted nonfat, 2% (regular recipe) or what because it was complicated. my coffee tasted like she just wanted us out of there. my sister said hers tasted like chocolate milk, so I don’t see us being back to this location any time soon, or at all, preferably. I don’t care how busy or slow you are—consistent products are the key to good establishments and if I’m spending $5 on a coffee, you better take the time to make sure it’s right and not tell the customer you think the order is complicated. we didn’t ask for extra pumps of whatever or 30 ingredients added to the drink. very...
Read moreThe reason that I’m giving this Starbucks location two stars is the fact how I was treating by one of their staff it wasn’t professional and respected way to treat a client. I did dine in order and I ordered a tall vanilla latte and a medium cup of water no ice this order was taking by the shift supervisor. My order was ready and called by the barista. I went to pick them up and I didn’t see the water that I asked for. Thus, I asked for it again and the barista respond that I supposed to order the water up front and I told her I did she was mad and had an attitude with me. Then I asked her why are you mad. Then I asked the shift supervisor to come and I asked her didn’t I asked for a cup of water and she said yes. What really bothered me the most how I was treated the barista nor the shift supervisor didn’t even said sorry. When you dealing with professionalism, the clients shouldn’t be treated like this. In case you need staff name, feel free to...
