Visited today for dinner. Arrived and immediately was waiting for 10 minutes before served. Learned that I was waiting to be seated due to owner/manager dealing with a gentleman who shared his complaints that he was seated and not helped for 15 minutes. As we sat down, we were served water as normal, and was asked about our drink choices. The server shared the wine options and we were interested in flights. We learned that you have to be a member to get flights of different wines. Based on that terrible business decision/model, we decided to get wine slushes. Upon arrival of the wine slushies, we noticed they were completely melted with only filled about 25 percent of the way. (Probably the bartender thought it was gonna fill more of the glass if it was not melted.)Next, after the wine was a let down, we both decided to only get small things on the menu. We both ordered 2 soups and an order of pretzels. My girlfriend’s soup was completely cold, and the indicator I thought the server would notice was it not being touched all dinner. Mine came out barely warm. The pretzels were good, and that was it. Many will question, “did you speak with the server?” The issue overall with the service was the server visited our table 2 times. One for the alcohol order (which we didn’t get ID’d for, and we are both 23 and look 12 so 😬) and one for dinner order. We never received silverware until 35 minutes into the dinner by flagging her down. When the dinner was brought out by the kitchen, the server never checked if everything turned out okay. At that point I would have mentioned it. After all of this transpired, I waited looking at every server, making eye contact, which most of them noticed and just smiled, attempting to locate my server. After another 20 minutes of us sitting and being done with empty plates looking for the check, our server appeared and asked if we wanted the check. After her bringing the check, I immediately gave her the cash and left.
Now I never really write reviews, but the level of quality and business model of the restaurant was one of the worst I have attended. I was upset that I spent even 40 dollars on an experience that I was in and out in less than an hour cause I didn’t want to be in there any longer.

Read moreMy group of 7 had a reservation at 4:45. We put in apps within 20 min of being seated. The apps took at least 30 min to come out. We ordered our food and wine at the same time. It took 20-30 min for the wine to come out. At that point, we asked for our checks. It took like 20 minutes to get our bills, pay and get our credit cards back. After we get our cards, our waitress tells us our food is up next and just going to be a couple more minutes. For the next 30-40 minutes, our waitress comes up to us another 2-3 times to tell us our “food is almost done” and “the kitchen is plating it right now”. This was the most our waitress saw us throughout the night. While I understand it’s not the waitress’s fault that the food took so long, why did you tell us multiple times across 30-40 minutes that it was almost done and coming out soon? By the time we get our food, we only have 10 minutes before we absolutely have to leave at 6:40 for our show at 7. We ask to speak to a manager about the awful wait times, but they refused to come out to talk with us about the service. After looking at the reviews over the years, I guess this kind of service should have been expected. They do not have a good contingency plan when they are short staffed leading to extreme wait times. I would not go back again unless I had 4+ hours available to eat.
Edit in response to the owners: the 2 additional people ordered a glass of wine each. They did not order any food, so I’m not sure how that would’ve affected the horrendous wait for our food. As for the time frame, we put in our reservation at 4:45 so we would have a little under two hours to eat and drink. We didn’t get our food until 6:30. The only reason we left within the reasonable 2 hour time frame is because we ate our food in less than 10 minutes, packed up the rest of our food to go, and asked our waitress for our bills and paid before we got our food. If we had eaten at a normal pace and gotten our bills after our meal like normal, it would’ve taken us another 30min-1hr (it took 20 minutes to get our checks and...
Read moreI had such high hopes for this establishment. First off, to start on a positive note, the building is nice, and the aesthetic is much to be desired. That's it for the positive. Moving onto the disappointments. The menu is described beautifully, but the execution of food was atrocious. The "pork belly" appetizer was 5 thin slices of mediocre bacon with what tasted very similar to Motts cinnamon applesauce. Actually, that would be an insult to Motts. The "harvest salad" that was served to my friend, contained very dry chicken and FROZEN squash. Yes, you read correctly, frozen. With a side of frost on several of the pieces. The other two friends ordered a flatbread with chicken so dry it made a sound when dropped on the table. I ordered the orchard burger and was accidently served a burger that was not present on the menu inside the establishment. Our waitress did apologize for the mix up but informed me the price of the burger I received was way cheaper. It was 2$ less than the burger I originally ordered, and the flavor must have been left in the kitchen. She probably could not hear me over the loud acoustic music provided by the "entertainment." Not one person clapped until the end when our group was leaving, to which he commented in front of everyone (all 5 tables at this point), "I guess these ladies were not entertained." That is correct sir, we were not as we could not hear each other speak from across the table. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience and the prices do not match the quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and head over to Barr's Public House, 700ft...
