I hate to say it, but ever since the drive-thru remodel they did to this location, service and quality has gone down hill. I almost never had any issues before, but now, it’s a MUST to check and see if we received our complete order or make sure nothing is missing before driving away from the window.
Once, my wife and I ordered spicy chicken deluxe meals and when we got home to eat, we noticed we got original chicken instead! Another time, I went and ordered 3 different meals for breakfast (all came with hash browns) and when I got home, I only received 1 order of hash browns! Knowing chick fil a’s customer service would always make things right, I was level headed when I called and told them what had happened. The manager then wrote down my address and told me she’d mail us some coupons for the inconvenience. I was ok with that. It’s been three weeks now, and nothing has arrived! I was promised coupons on several different occasions due to errors on our order, but never received those either. Just now, I ordered a spicy SW salad with “crispy spicy chicken” in lieu of the spicy grilled that originally comes with it and when I in turn got my food, checked it in my car and had to get off my car and return to the cashier to let them know I got original crispy chicken instead of what I asked for. No apology was given. The cashier just handed the spicy crispy chicken in a small container and said “here you go.”
I feel that ever since the remodel of the drive thru, service has been a lot slower. Not only is the service gotten substantially worse, the quality of the food isn’t as it was before! The chicken is always cold, fries are either over fried or cold. Nothing doesn’t taste “fresh” as it used to. Not sure if there has been a change in management, but it’s gotten worse.
Chick fil a has been known to have great customer service, however, they really need to work on it in this location!

Read moreI visited Chick-fil-A #02572 on 1/25/25 at around 10:03 am and had the most refreshing experience working with Cynthia. I ordered 4 chicken biscuits and a large water at the drive through and was only charged $5.05, which I found really strange. When I got up to the window, Cynthia handed me my order that actually contained just a 4 count of chicken minis and my water. I let Cynthia know my order was incorrect and she graciously let me keep the chicken minis, while charging me for only 2 chicken biscuits but having 4 prepared for me. That wasn't the best part.
Because the chicken had to be prepared, Cynthia told me she'd guide me into a designated parking space amidst the crowded drive-thru lines and parking lot. She traffic copped the other patrons before removing a cone and having me park. A few minutes later, she returned with my 4 chicken biscuits with the same personable attitude and friendliness as before letting me know again that she'd help guide me out amidst the heavy store traffic. Cynthia again played traffic cop with exiting patrons before allowing me to make my way out.

I visited this location on Friday, August 31st. I received an invitation to download the Chick filet a App and place an order and received an 8 piece nuggets when you pick up your order. I downloaded the App, placed my order and paid for it online. I went through the drive thru and checked my order and there were no nuggets. I asked the young lady at the window about the promotion going on and about the flyer on the door confirming the promotion. She did not know about it, so she asked someone inside and the relayed that in order to receive the nuggets I needed to order them online and they would be free when the order was picked up. However, when I placed my order online it charged me for everything I ordered. There was no clear instructions on the app instructing me about the process. She did not offer to remedy the situation not apologize for the mix up. This is not what I have experienced from Chick fil a in the past but after this visit I will think twice about spending money in this establishment!
