I went to CiCi's today hoping to take my family out for some lunch I showed up at approximately 11:30 a.m. which is 30 minutes after opening there were no available pizzas other than specialty pizzas with jalapenos you know not really kid-friendly I asked a gentleman in the back if there were any other pizzas coming out soon he acted as if he did not speak English and another staff member said that he did not speak English but the manager said he did I asked if we could have some pizzas made then at which point the employee turned her back walked away and went to get a manager when the manager came back the manager was an assistive did not provide me with any any like result to my issue she spent 30 minutes approximately arguing with me rather than just making my pizza like I asked her to do about six times I was then told that if I didn't like it I could just leave the manager would not respect me to allow me to finish saying what I was saying trying to explain the situation to her and I just truly believe that this is not a very good environment for any family I will not be returning again to this location at I-240 and Walker on the southside of Oklahoma City by the way I didn't catch her name but the manager was the assistant manager approximately 100 lb with hair to her mid-back when I ask for a district manager for a general manager or a corporate number she claimed there was none I would just like to let CiCi's customers know there is a corporate office they do address complaints regarding management and you can find it by Googling CiCi's...
Read moreI have been coming to this cici's for a long time and its always been pretty pleasant in the past visits. However, me and my son went yesterday and the first inconvenience was the system was completely down so they could only take cash and no cards so i had to leave and go get cash and come back. The guy working the front door was very apologetic but that was it.Manager was 'busy' and wasn't friendly. Once we arrived back, there was hardly any pizza what so ever. So i ordered a half cheese & half alfredo cheese pizza that would be made fresh (also their specials are smaller pizzas then what they put out)waited about 15 mins at least for the guy to bring me out 2 slices of the alfredo pizza that had been setting up there that i obviously didn't get because it didn't look good. So i threw away those and go explain to the guy that i wanted a new personal one because those were overcooked and looked nasty, he first tried to argue with me about it overcooked then he said he would have a new personal one made for me. NEVER GOT MY PIZZA after waiting about 30 minutes so he clearly just forgot or didn't care. I just left, This was one of the worst visits I've had there in along time. Was...
Read moreCici's Pizza has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was 17. It was only $2.99 for an adult. It is now over $8. It's not terrible pizza, but it not great and it certainly is not worth $8 for women and children over 10 who are only going to eat a slice or two. It is not worth $8 for men who are dieting and cannot eat ANY of their products. I can buy two whole pizzas from Eagle One, Little Caesars, Pizzini's, and The Pizza Shop (to name a few) for the price of 2 adult buffets. All of which have much better pizza that doesn't hurt our stomachs the next day. Cici's used to be the least expensive way to take a large family out to eat. I spent $60 for 6 people at Cici's, 3 of whom were women/girls. I can buy 2 large pizzas for $16 and still feed those same 6 people with some left over. Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Taco Mayo all have cheaper options that will feed everyone before exceeding $45. Maybe that won't last much longer, and those places will become just as expensive. But unless you just really love Cici's and it doesn't hurt your stomach, I would recommend avoiding it until we fix our economy. Try Eagle One, The Pizza Shop,...
