Do not go to this location if you are in a large group. There was advanced notice of about an hour that a large group would be coming in and when we all arrived, the restaurant was almost empty of customers. Yet, it took almost 2 hours for almost everybody to get their order and, as they started to bring the orders out, a good portion of them were completely incorrect and/or incomplete and those incomplete never got what was missing.
The orders didn’t even come all together, which would’ve been fine had the orders come out reasonably close together, within a few minutes and not half the group get theirs almost an hour later with the last orders trickling out; mind you, this was after waiting almost an hour for the food to start coming out to begin with.
We had 2 waitresses at the beginning, one who had been there for some time and the other whom it was only her 2nd day. I wish I could remember the newer girl’s name because she was an absolute rockstar and was one of the best waitresses to be served by. The other waitress though was more concerned with “finding something” than actually coming and finish taking orders.
We finally had our fill of the lack of service at which point a manager was requested only to be told that there was no manager in duty and the manager, whom we were told was also the owner, was not there.
If you think that’s the worst part, keep reading, it gets worse.
A girl finally came out to our table so our concerns could be discussed only for her to start giving us excuses saying “unfortunately, you didn’t give us enough notice and we only had 1 cook and had to call a someone in”. At this point, the acting manager was informed that we had called in advance by about an hour. She walks off at that point to call the manager/owner and comes back to let us know they can only knock 10% off everybody’s tickets and that they cannot take off the 20% gratuity because we were such a large group. We pushed further to which she went to talk more to the manager. She came back and said the absolute last thing that could be done was knock 15% off instead. We were now approaching 2 1/2 hours at this establishment.
By the time it was all said and done, our original waitress (the more tenured girl) ends up going to the back, grabbing her stuff and her child and walking out while the acting manager takes over bartending and leaving 2 other workers to take over sorting the tickets out and getting everything taken care of, which took another 45 minutes.
In all my years of dining out, this was BY FAR the WORST dining experience ever. I don’t even think “Bar Rescue” could help them.
Needless to say, next time, we will be going to a Chinese...

Read moreCame with another couple for our date night/ anniversary. The atmosphere was dope, this was on a FREEZING 🥶 night. I like how big the bar was and the FREE lounge are that you can rent out. Now, for the most important part of the visit. The WAITER (Stephen)WAS Awesome !!!! He was our water at another restaurant. The chef (Frazier) started us off with complementary chips and queso. The chip was cut from a potato 🥔, seasoned with light salt. The Queso, was creamy and thick. It carried a great flavor with each bite. I ordered 12 wings, I wanted them to be naked so that I can experience the actual taste. It was amazing, the crunch was loud enough that my friends wanted a wing. Each wing was juicy , I had Sweet Heat sauce on the side. The sauce complimented the wing, the ranch was an added on bonus. My wife and friends had the house salad,🥗 Salomon, loaded bake potato. They truly enjoyed it, they used some of the Sweet Heat sauce of mine on their salmon 🍣. It took the food to a different level. I will give this place a 9/10, I will definitely be a regular. I believe they will pick up business during the summer. I can’t wait to try different items off the menu. It will not allow me to post my video. However, please don’t take my word for it. Go try it out with your family...
