The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The cleaning ladies are spot-on and very generous people. Unfortunately, that's about it, now I'm going to reflect on why this hotel is just disappointing and over-inflated in price.

First of all, front desk customer service is overwhelmingly bad and rude, especially Arica. She's a black older age woman who gets easily frustrated and is always on the phone. Especially when you interrupt her, she will raise her voice. I had a problem in the laundry room, that the door lock became inoperable, thus it won't open with your key card, I had left my laundry bag inside. I kindly let Arica know of my situation, and she looked annoyed about it and waited for maintenance to come, which took almost 2 hours to arrive. Finally, I came down to check if the issue was fixed, and Arica expressed no interest and started to get annoyed again because she had to put her iPhone down. I asked kindly, how long it would take for the device to charge (which unlocks the door lock,) and she said "I don't know." I asked again kindly, if I could speak with the maintenance person, and told me to go find her and if they were not there, that is not her problem. I needed to know how long it was going to take for the device to charge and Arica started to get frustrated and raise her voice. Thus, I immediately left, hoping this inconvenience situation would resolve soon. However, I did not appreciate Arica's attitude, and I was becoming stressed, because I could not leave the hotel until I was able to get my laundry bag. I had to postpone family lunch and other errands which greatly encouraged me to write this review.

For the price of the hotel room, breakfast and dinner items, and other services, are not worth it. I had to bite my tongue hard and not retaliate because I knew there were guests in the lounge room, and I did not want to disturb them. Lastly, I still have multiple unfortunate occasions that question the hotel's customer service and I could publish another paragraph about it, but this is the most recent disappointment of the hotel service, and I hope you don't have to go...

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds for 6 nights. I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance. After I checked in I walked up to a 2 queen room with a pullout sofa bed. Went back down and showed the staff my description showing it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds and 2 separate rooms. Figured it would be an easy fix and they overlooked the room description. Supervisor apologized for the inconvenience but stated that since I booked through a third party (workperks) I would have to take it up with them. Explained I paid almost $200 a night because it was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite. I could have easily booked a 2 queen room for $100 a night. Asked to speak to her manager and she stated there was no one else I could speak to. Asked her if she owned the hotel and she stated she did not. Asked again to speak to her boss and she stated he was busy. Asked for a room rate reduction and she said no because of the third party situation. Asked if a suite would become available in the next 6 nights and she said no without even checking her computer. She then went back to the office and spoke with her busy manager that would not even come out and speak with me and stated that there was nothing he could do. She ended up giving me breakfast vouchers. Will never book with any Hilton hotels going further for my family vacations and they lost a corporate account as well for their utterly poor customer service. My girls were looking forward to having their own room and now we are all in one room...

I was part of two couples that was planning on staying in a room with two queen beds. We arrived to find that our room hadn't been cleaned; there were towels on the floor, a bed that had obviously been slept in, and remnants of breakfast from the previous guests. We checked in at 9 pm and upon my notifying the front desk of the issue they were extremely slow to resolve the issue. They tried to push a single king bed room with a pullout couch for the four of us. I had to be direct that only two beds was acceptable. They mentioned the possibility of rooms not being available but seeing as it was 9 pm and they finally provided two side by side separate rooms with kings beds, it's apparent that this was an option the whole time and the odds of someone taking up one of those available rooms so late in the evening was unlikely. The breakfast was okay...but barely. I was expecting a normal hotel style breakfast and didn't have high expectations but was disappointed mostly in the lazy setup of the buffet and the cashier for the breakfast immediately slipping into the kitchen to chat with other staff as soon as the current customer was handled. We were serving ourselves and nearly seated before she came out to request our vouchers or payment. The place is reasonably updated and has great potential but general staff professionalism and customer service...

Much better options all around this same location!!! There’s at least 10 major hotels within a a quarter mile! Especially for the price gouging occurring here! $150+ per night, then they try to charge you $15 per person for the equivalent of a continental breakfast that is free at every other major hotel! Room was dirty and dusty, doors were rotting and breaking, toilet seat and flush handle was broken (in a handicap room). We were met with hostility and argumentative staff when requesting to speak to management, then I asked to be contacted by management, left my number but request was ignored. Hot tub and pool had algae growth, no additional blankets were available when requested for the pull out bed, ice machines were moldy 🤮, Key cards had to be reset multiple times throughout our visit. Absolutely horrendous experience! This is not Hilton standards! Stay somewhere else for better price, with better hospitality, and overall cleanliness!

I stayed in an "Executive Suite" which was very spacious. However, there were a few small things that made me give a 4-star review instead of 5. There was no lotion provided, which would've been nice. There was no bottled water in the room, which I was hoping for. The advertisement said there would be a jetted tub, which there was not. None of these things are terrible, but would've pushed my experience to the next level. However, my room was right by the stairwell and in the morning I could smell marijuana seeping into my room. I could really only smell it close to the door, but I hate that smell and it made me want to get out of the room as quickly as possible. I'm not sure if it was coming from the stairwell or a neighboring room, but it was disgusting, and enough to make me not want to stay there again. I'm sure this was not the hotel's fault, (which is why I'm not giving a lower rating for this) but it was a disappointing factor.

I took a weekend trip to Oklahoma City and got the executive suite for my significant other and I. The bed was comfy and we were only here to sleep. The room however is catered for someone who is handicap and uses a wheelchair. We almost slipped a few times on the bathroom due the shower making the whole bathroom completely wet. We got some dirty towels and and the toilet paper was dirty. The floor tiles are cracked and loose which my significant other slipped and caught herself on the towel rack. Overall, the room was really nice except for the bathroom. We checked out in a rush on Sunday morning and I called in the next day due to forgetting my orbital toothbrush in bathroom. The operator directed me to housekeeping and I left a voicemail. I never gotten a call back or anything :( However, the location is nice and I might come back if I’m ever visiting OKC again :)
