My personal service was fine today, I've never had a problem with the customer service that I receive at this store location or other store locations for that matter, but today I saw something while dining in that made me angry. Two Muslim ladies (they appeared to be mother and daughter) stood in line to order their food. They received some glances but initially didn't seem to be treated any differently than any other customers. Then after a few minutes I observed two of the store associates, whose nametags said "Imogene" and "Heather", staring at the two ladies and talking and laughing. Of course, I have no way of knowing what they were saying, but just the appearance of it did not look good or in any way friendly. If I had been on the receiving end of their stares and chatter, I would have become angry. The Muslim ladies did not stay to eat their food in the dining room but took it with them. That could have been because they were trying to avoid the wait in the drive-thru and just decided to come in hoping it would be quicker or they didn't feel welcome so they left. I don't know.
At any rate, seeing this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I do not plan on returning. I should know better anyway to go to Chic-fil-A , given their political stances and activism, but one thing is for sure, no one should ever feel unwelcome based on their religion or any...

Called them that day they said they would send coupons if not received in 4 weeks.call them so that's what i did.That was in January. So I went to get some chicken soup and spoke to a person that works there. Tried to till him what happened he looked it up found my complaint and said there is nothing he can do until he speaks to his manager. I was told to go up to the window and talk to the manager So this person said he was a manager so l wonder why he couldn't fix the problem. So I told him I wanted a bowel of soup. He said he could not give the soup to me as I told him I was going to pay for it. He kinda of made me feel as if I was trying to get something free it made ne mad. So no one spoke to me about it. So 2days later l called them same old story nothing happened. The third time I tried I asked this person if they can call me she said if they could they will . The grounds were clean, as always.
Customer service experience was excellent. (A side note would be to ensure the drive thru attendant repeats the order back you to ensure no errors in the end. My family encountered this issue during a previous visit. I ordered 2 meals and a sandwich. The sandwich was not applied to my order. The attendant might have been a new employee. The mistake was corrected without a problem or any delay.)
Quality of the food was as expected, hot and delicious.
Our overall experience from the time the order was taken to the moment we received the good was excellent. Chick-fil-A is like a well oiled machine. It is apparent that they spend the APPROPRIATE amount of time training employees in customer service, efficiency, and overall quality. This is why they continue to have so many cars lined up and wrapped around the parking lot and into the street. Customers know their wait time will not be long enough to reconsider their food destination.
