Taco Casa — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I simply asked the cashier if this particular item was separated so it’s not all messy and slapped together. I also requested for them to please put my jalapeños in a separate cup container, and he said okay no problem because that’s how they served it anyways. I felt confident that they would be able to handle the simple request, but I really regret not checking before I left. They seem to purposely slapped it together and deliberately threw a literal handful of jalapeños in my tray. I just wanted where I could control how I wanted to put my meal together...

We love taco casa. Probably the best fast food crispy taco you can buy. I love the taco lite. Not sure why they call it that because it's large and stuffed full of great stuff. It has a crispy flour shell instead of corn so it tastes different. I think it's awesome. And they always put so much cheese and we all know you can't have too much cheese. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because, basically $4.00 a taco. That's crazy. I know inflation and all but that's a lot of dollars for a taco. Food is expensive for being a taco place. Worst part of going is the lack of a drink station the customers have access to. This results in me asking for a drink with no ice, and getting a cup filled to the brim with ice and almost no actual drink in it. By the time I have picked it up, the cashier is with another customer and there is a line at the counter when I leave so no refills either.

Save yourself money and bring in your own drink. At least Taco Bell lets you fill up your own drinks and not have to beg the staff for what...
