Dominoes pizza here is and they are ok but the experience I had make me rate it a 1 star. It shares a building with a gas station which is where the BIGGEST issues are. I was outside , using the wifi bc I was ordering a lyft to pick me up , my phone didnt have service, so that's the only reason I was using Dominos wifi. I was going to order my lyft and then wait for them on the curb. I wasn't disturbing anyone. The women working behind the counter came out screaming at me saying that I needed to leave the property or she would be calling the police. I was in complete shock, I am not from this area and had basically got left by a friend and literally had walked for over 30 mins just to find internet so I could lyft home. I had not been outside for anymore then 30 to 60 seconds. I told her what I was doing and she said she didnt care and that I needed to leave, i told her that if the issues that I havent bought anything that I had a little money and wasnt homeless just needing wifi so I could go home since i didnt even know where i was at really and that I would purchase a drink or something ..she told me that I could do that but that I would STILL have to leave immediately after bc there is no lingering allowed... and that she did not care that I was lost , trying to call a ride that it wasnt her problem and to leave or she was calling the police. At that point I was upset. It was getting dark and all i was going was getting a lyft and I would wait for it somewhere else, I just needed a few mins to order so I told her to call the police that i didn't care. !!!!! I ordered my ride and waited at the end of the parking lot. I have heard from numerous people that she has done this to EVERYONE!!!! She is hateful for NO reason , and I know she is actually the convient store and not dominoes but , since they share a building it's the same thing in my eyes and I will never return to that building agian. !!!!! Read moreI ordered a pizza from this location got it delivered to my hotel the driver callled me I just missed his call by 30 seconds literally came down to the hotel lobby to pick up my pizza and pay for it handed him the money with a couple dollars for tip I tipped $4 I usually tip way more but I didn’t have enough cash and I didn’t want to pay with my debit card He then had a attitude and said next time I’m For sure calling ahead In a attitude way had a major attitude problem even the front desk person looked at him crazy I called the restaurant to speak to a manager the lady never did apologize and kept using excuses. So learned my lesson to next time just go Walmart and buy a frozen pizza UPDATE it won’t let me make a new review So I placed a pickup order and got a notification that my food was ready I work not to far from the new location they placed so I walked it to there once I got there no one acknowledged me was sitting there for at least 7-10 minutes before someone else walked it within a few minutes they acknowledge the other customer that walked in and got his order before mine in and out it took another 5 mins to even get checked out plus they didn’t provide me with a bag so had to carry 3 dipping sauces a 20oz pop and two boxes also before they even acknowledged me after waiting they even took a to go order on the phone I keep giving dominos chances just cause I work in the restaurant industry but I think I’ll just go back to ordering papa John’s or cooking pizza at home this was basically...
Read moreI ordered from the this location and I ordered a large pizza was sent a medium when I called back 50 min later they said they had sent the delivery driver on 3 other deliveries and said I should receive my remake within another 15 or 20 minutes. This was ridiculous, AND she then states as I ask her what can be done to make us a Lil happier with the messed up situation she horribly says, 'my driver has just returned and should be there in 15 or 20 minutes'. She then hangs up on me! How rude and disrespectful she is. So I got a hot pizza and cold everything else hours after I ordered not to mention I ordered the melted cheese to go with my parmesan bites--did NOT want the marinara, and it came with marinara. As a manager of fast food, to make my customer(s) happy and FIX the problem, I would offer some sort of 'bonus' to the customer. I am NOT happy with the service I received at this location and will drive out of my way to get the food and service I know I can get at another location.
