Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This place is horrid. First things first, I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta on Tuesday night thru the app. Goes in to quality check for 20 mins.. I call the store to find out what is going on. The guy that answered the phone goes on to bash the old owners (because new ownership is coming on Friday) saying they were cheap and couldn't pay for good Internet and this is why the app isn't updating. I'm an owner myself and in no way would want an employee to talk or degrade my character for any reason. But I accept it, and he tells me it's on the way. 20+ mins later I received my order. Which was Luke warm, so I called and they give me a credit..

Called in today to redeem my credit. The guy that answers the phone, was very short, and acted as if it was a burden to take my order. So I tell him about my credit, and he asked if that was all, I asked for a sprite.. Then he asked if I wanted it delivered in the most spiteful way, as if I'm supposed to come pick up a replacement for their mistake.. I will never order from this place, and will be contacting corporate as well. Most horrible customer...

I work overnight for a hotel down the street from this location, haven't had much to complain about up till the moment of making this review outside of the last 3 orders I have gotten that came with a pasta dish but no forks and my work currently doesn't have any as well so I had to eat my pasta with a spoon of all things but the reason I'm finally making a review is because of the fact I order some food and a few drinks about a little after 10:30 pm 05/02 and since they close at midnight I assumed they were busy but at the time of making this review it is now 12:37 am 05/03 and guess what I don't have... My order and no phone call, no email or notice of any kind, and the best of all I now have to wait till 9 am when my bank opens so I can get the charge removed and my money back since I now have a pending charge on my bank statement for the order I never received and can't cancel. As you can tell I'm pretty upset and this worse that when I found out that they don't deliver to the apt complex which is only 5 minute drive away from where I work and would have tipped...

The manager "Eric" working at 3445 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 on 03/02/2023 needs to be reprimanded for how rudely he treats customers. I placed an order online for my staff of 4 people total, and when I got to the store he was upset that I placed an order that "put him behind for 3 hours", even though we ordered it 2 hours before.I told him that the website allowed us to place that order and he got upset and said "We don't serve digiorno pizza bro, I have to make them." Dominos got paid for my order so there should be no issue making it. He then in a threatening way said " Do you know who I am, I'm the manager" I don't see what that has to do with making my order, but as a manager for a business myself, I NEVER speak to my customers that way. Now I do not feel comfortable serving my staff this $152 order considering how mad he was to make it.
