Twin Peaks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

We decided to try something new by visiting Twin Peaks in N. OKC for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered various drinks, cheese bites, a burger, wings, and a lobster roll blt. My nearly adult daughter took one bite of the lobster roll and disliked it intensely. The manager, Mari, happened to stop at our table almost immediately afterwards and we told her the issue and that we wanted to order something different for our daughter to eat. She said "okay" and left the table. I assumed she was going to get our waitress, because that is what a manager typically would do (OR take care of the problem herself). Unfortunately, Mari did neither. We waited for ten or so minutes for a resolution, but when our server, Grace, came back, she said that the manager didn't even tell her there was a problem. That in itself would have been okay, if not ideal, but when Grace tried to resolve the problem by taking my daughter's lobster roll (NOT the side of fries) off of our ticket, the manager refused to allow her to do this, stating "we don't give samples of our menu." This reaction is WILD to me, since we did not ASK for the price to be removed, but it was offered by our server who was trying to make sure our experience was excellent.

Let me be very clear when I say that we chose an appetizer to replace the lobster roll, which we paid for, plus we paid for the fries that came with the lobster roll. We just accepted the offer to not pay for the food which was inedible, which the manager refused to allow. She eventually agreed to a 50% discount on just that one item.

Grace went out of her way to make sure our service was great. She was personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and touched base often enough that we felt taken care of without feeling suffocated.

Mari, the General Manager, didn't acknowledge our problem, try to empathize, or offer any solutions at all. I am not sure whether she is always like this or if maybe she was having an off day. I would hate to think it was something about our group that she disliked or that she always treats her guests with indifference, but I probably won't go back to find out. It's a shame, because the rest of the food was truly excellent! But service is just as important as the taste of the food, and Twin Peaks did not...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by my waitress, Jessica. From the moment we were seated, her warm and welcoming demeanor stood out. Jessica was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my drinks were always topped up and that I had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made excellent recommendations. Each suggestion was spot-on, enhancing our dining experience greatly.

Jessica managed multiple tables with grace and efficiency, never once missing a beat, even on a busy day. Her attention to detail, such as remembering specific dietary needs, was much appreciated. She exuded a genuine enthusiasm for her work, which translated into a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone at my table.

I highly recommend requesting Jessica as your server at Twin Peaks. Her dedication and passion for her job are evident and truly make a difference. I look forward to my next visit, knowing that excellent service from Jessica will be part of...

Serenity waited on us today, and she was great.! we’ve been to twin peaks plenty of times,; but never to this location. let me say the food was hot/fresh and the service was great!! this store was recognized as one of the top Twin Peaks locations and i can certainly see why. we were well taken care of by everyone we interacted with and we felt welcomed. we will definitely return to this location. husband and i went back to the memorial road Twin Peaks to get dinner and sat in Serenity’s section again. she was just as wonderful as a week ago. She again provided friendly and attentive service, and engaged with us during our meal. Serenity is absolutely beautiful! Also, we always feel well taken care of when we are in her section. Hanna also stopped by our table to visit and we enjoyed her as well. Memorial Road TPeaks is a must visit for us! Loved the veteran discount and even veteran parking out front!!!! ❤️ 🇺🇸 When we come to OKC for the day, we will definitely be coming...
